Very neat clean salon. Appointments are timely, everyone is very nice and they take their time, giving full attention to each customer. The pedicures are excellent and Alex is wonderful, she does a really great job every time!

I got a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. Make no mistake – these ladies are phenomenal. The service was amazing and my dip powder has never lasted so long! The reason I knocked off the stars and won’t be going back is that they charged me some tax that I’ve never been charged at any other nail salon in the area and this was not charged to the person who paid before me. I was a walk-in and was the last customer there although not the last one to walk in. They turned off the air conditioning before closing time (it was a miserably hot day). As mentioned before – i was a walk-in, but I arrived about 1.25 hours before closing so it’s not like I was showing up 30 min before closing requesting something that would take 1 hour. Also, I realized I was walking in without an appointment so I asked if they could take me and it was ok if they couldn’t. So I’m not sure why I was charged this mysterious tax and why the AC was turned off. I’m happy to change my rating if others verify that they were charged a tax.

I made my appointment for 5:30pm, got there a little earlier around 5:15 and there were two ladies working on the same customer. I was abruptly told to pick a color and to go sit by the waiting area. I had gel so why wasn’t that wrapped with the cotton ball with acetone and foil? I didn’t want anyone to rush, grind my nail down, and cut me. I was waiting until after 5:30, wasn’t acknowledged, found another salon nearby and just left.

I tried this place two times and both times the girl who did my nails was rude. I went twice to give them another try giving them the benefit of the doubt maybe they were having a bad day the first time, but no, the second time she was even more rude. Also I don’t speak Spanish, all they did was speak to each other in Spanish which I found to be very rude as well. I will never ever be going back there.
