Did a hair appointment. When I went in apparently they forgot to write it down. I wasted my time going. The husband gave me her phone number and she rescheduled. That Saturday morning she cancelled for something important. I get it..did not offered to reschedule. The whole point is I wasted my time. If you do make an appointment make sure they write it down. This happened last week.

1015 hair took my money. She did my hair the day before California shut down do to COVID when I called the very next day I said hey my hair was frizzy and I can’t brush it because it’s to corse and not the same as mine with is thin and straight. She informed me when she opened back up she wound fix it and since hair was under warranty it would be replace. Well we were all swiller to do this a few weeks ago and because I told her Pyle texted her I wanted it shorter and not sticking 3 price on together. She said I’m sorry I don’t fe Comfortable doing your hair so I’m not going to be able to do it and now she won’t answer my calls talk to me nothing so I’m out all this money I don’t know what to do about her but this is terrible how dare her do something in my house so shot now it’s not even funny don’t go trust me
