Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get a full set. The lady started off nice. But then as she started to do my nails the simple way I wanted it she got mad when I tried correcting her and complained the whole time she was finishing my nails. For $70 I’ll go back to the wonderful people in Missouri at least there they listen to what you want and perfect it. I went in to get a full set. The lady started off nice. But then as she started to do my nails the simple way I wanted it she got mad when I tried correcting her and complained the whole time she was finishing my nails. For $70 I’ll go back to the wonderful people in Missouri at least there they listen to what you want and perfect it. Critical: ProfessionalismAnna is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. For the price that is charged is not worth quality and rudeness the whole time. Got gel nail with small design cost $70.00 . For the price you charge at least be nice to your customers. I will not be returning to this nail salon. For the price you charge at least be nice to your customers. I will not be returning to this nail salon. On 11-28-2021 I returned to use the certificate because my refused due to Covid. I was so embarrassed because I was accused of stealing this pass. There was other clients in the store and the lady continued raise her voice and deny my claim. Finally the I told the man to go look it up and I’ll show my mobile bank statement.. he then walked away and said don’t worry about it. Never apologized for treating me like I couldn’t afford to get this service without stealing. She rushed through my pedicure, I added acrylic nails and that was thick and low quality. Worst experience in my 30 years of service. I am morbidity offended and will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. If you are people of color… use at your own risk. I purchased a 45.00 pedicure gift certificate for my auntie bday on 8-21-2021. On 11-28-2021 I returned to use the certificate because my refused due to Covid. With one customer in there, I was turned away. While all salon around remain packed, yours is empty. Did not appear very clean or respectable.
