Was not expecting a woman barber. Was skeptical but gave it a try. Got a hair cut for my 5 year old son and a beard trim for myself. I must say what a pleasant woman barber. My son felt very comfortable and she even has ice cream bars for the kids for after their haircut!!! What a score! We will definitely go back and would most definitely recommend to others.

101 Cuts is great for a quick haircut. I’ve been going here exclusively for over 2 years now. I’ve had both the man and lady cut my hair. It’s always been clean, fast, and fairly priced. I always get my hair cut to 1 inch long on the top, and the sides and back blended. Both of them always ask clarifying questions to ensure they know exactly what I’m looking for. While it’s not a “high-end” salon, for the price point, I definitely recommend!

Went in for a cut today. I asked for the barber to take about 2” off the top leaving it about 2” long and the sides as short as possible like an half or 1 and faded together never asking for my hair to be thinned. If what I asked for wasn’t the correct proportions then you’d think and experienced barber would say something but nope just proceeded to give a bad cut with no worries. Obviously doesn’t care. What I got was my hair cut that made me look like a Qtip. When he “ “ cleaned me up he left hair everywhere as in fave neck and top of my head. I had to go outside and take my sweatshirt and shirt off and shake it out. when he took his cover off he pulled all the cut hair onto the bottom of my pants and shoes. Didn’t even cut the hair on the top of my ears. Guessing I’ll have to finish his job. I ended up having him just buzz it off and his clippers are old noisy and Dull they pull and jab into you and the cut is so uneven I’ll have to have a second cut to get it all the same length .I have never had such a bad cut with so much hair left all over me. I’ll never be back and thanks for making it so I had no choice but to go change and take a second shower just to get all the hair off. Waste of $14.00 and just what I didn’t want going into winter a buzz cut.

I haven’t seen a barber shop like this since I was a kid. my dad use to take me when I was a little girl on Saturdays to cut his hair ….so the art,chest board ,the 100 year old piano was cool ,and fun books while you wait definitely a five-star Nook in the wall
