The salon is clean well-maintained, with a modern look. I’ve had two different stylists cut my hair and both did an amazing job at making me look presentable (not an easy task). 100 West Hair Studio is one of the best overall hair salons I have been to. I’m definitely going to go back!

This place has been pretty hit or miss for me. The first time I went, I had a great experience. I really liked my stylist, I felt like she listened to me and was able to give me exactly what I wanted and she said that she enjoyed working with me. The second time I went, I had a different stylist. She kept giving reasons why she couldn’t give me what I wanted. I literally just wanted two-tone ombre hair, but she said my hair was too short for it. Then she refused to dye my roots because she said my hair would grow in too fast. And then when I tried questioning her about it, I felt like she got pissed and then she barely talked to me the rest of the session. I walked out in the end with weird chunky highlights and brown streaks in my hair. As much as I liked the first stylist, I think I would feel uncomfortable going back and interacting with the second one. I can’t wait until I can dye my hair again and get rid of this mess.
