I showed up without an appointment didn’t know I needed one, It’s a barbershop not a salon. I’m not from the area. There was only one barber and no one waiting. He had one client on the chair. I was turn away. He said short handed and was only taking appointments.

Went for a haircut by recommendation, but didn’t get it. Was told to wait 30 mins after one of the barbers said he’d be able to give me a haircut after a client. No problem. After he was done, I was told that he was going to be “2 minutes” on the phone. No big deal. After waiting 20 minutes I decided to take off. Found the barber outside talking it up on the phone as if no one was waiting for him. Shame I wasn’t able to get serviced. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Called 100 Proof Barbers for a last minute haircut and they told me to come in right away. The vibe in the shop is upbeat and you feel welcome right away. Keith gave me an awesome haircut and paid attention to all the details. 100 Proof Barbers is hands down the best barbershop I’ve been to in Glendora. 10/10 recommend.

Got home and realized how bad of a cut I received. Top was long, short, long…all over the place. Sides were in some places longer than the top. Just not good. Had good cuts here in the past with a gal who wasn’t here today. And, they don’t wear masks at all.
