Critical: Punctuality, QualityThere is no point in making an appointment when there are people constantly walking in for walk-ins. You will be waiting for an hour or more just for your allotted time. My gel manicure was rushed and has already begun lifting in two days. Some parts of the gel manicure process were skipped. There is no point in making an appointment when there are people constantly walking in for walk-ins. You will be waiting for an hour or more just for your allotted time. My gel manicure was rushed and has already begun lifting in two days. Some parts of the gel manicure process were skipped. It is unfortunate when people value money over their consumers.

It’s a walk in kind of place you can make an appt, though it’s a small place. Alex does my nails and he takes him time I recommend him.

Once I find a spot local I by default go there because it’s more convenient, Ive been coming to radiant nails for about two years now. Many times Ive had bad experiences and waited much longer then Ive ever had to before at any nail salon.. but because of it being so close to work I just bypass and keep going… “next time won’t be so bad” . Today is the last day I’ll ever go to radiant nails though, I got my pedicure and figured I’d get gel polish to match. I got my toes done and waited 50 minutes as new customers walked in and they were back and forth with the new customers. After explaining I had to leave within 5 minutes and them telling me it will not be longer then 5 min wait- 30 min later I just got so frustrated and paid for my pedicure and promised I will never go back. Not respecting someone and who has been there waiting for such a long time for numerous of times is enough for me to say never again. Not to mention, they aren’t the nicest and customer service was never good. But like I said I went for convenience and just had enough. Plus, if you look at the prices, they are very high for no reason! Save your time and money and go to another salon ♀️

i came in after being there multiple times in the past, and naturally the money thirsty owner charged me $75 for my pedicure that was listed as 55( i got gel but it should not have been $20 extra! then when I was getting my pedicure they saran wrapped my legs causing an allergic reaction and discomfort for the rest of my pedicure, I’m 16 years old so obviously they thought that they could scam me today, so I watched the business owner skip the area I was supposed to put the tip and forced me to take the tip out of the ATM which charged me 1.85 and only let me take out at least $10 bills. When I complained she got extremely rude, and I will never be back

Terrible experience and aweful customer service. I have never left a bad review on any social media. I just got engaged and wanted my nails done. I wanted to pick the perfect color. I picked it out and changed my mind before any services were started. I was told “Hurry up. I do not have time for you or to change your mind. If there are no cars don’t come in” there was NO one in there. I got up and left. I will be taking all of business else where and I will tell everyone I know to not go in to this place. Zero respect. I hope NO one ever feel the way I just did.

Went to get my Nails done here, got a gel fill in and color and my nails started falling apart, peeling in 3 days …. I called to get them to get it’s redone which they did and my nails are still falling apart the job wasn’t done well at all she didn’t fill in my entire nail she didn’t clean my hands or took care of my cuticles it was horrible. All my nails broke because they couldn’t do a job they claim to have licenses for. Do yourself a favor save your 50$ and go else where.

Horrible service…i went in with a gel set to get filled and elaine told me i didn’t have gel and she was filling it with acrylic. she tried to convince me that the last place i went to gave me acrylic and charged me for gel which was absolutely false. she had a terrible attitude the entire service. after 2 days 2 of my nails had broken off, and by 2 weeks 4 had broken. i went in today to get them fixed and it was a problem that i waited to get them fixed. unfortunately i work two jobs and don’t plan to run into my salon every time a nail breaks. after telling elaine that if she didn’t want to fix them for free i would go somewhere else and pay, she agreed to fix them and i got the worst 4 nails of my life. the shape and thickness does not even match the previous set. maybe if i was given gel like i had in the first place i would not have had any problems. i will never be returning back here. as a licensed cosmetologist and someone who works in the service industry this was the worst technical and customer service i have ever received. i will not be returning.
