Beautifully decorated nail salon with many stations. Weekends are busier. I really love Angel she is very gentle, caring and does a great job! I received a water. I love the massage chairs! They have a menu of services. Lots of gel polish colors.

My first time here. Wanted a regular polish change (cost $15) on my nails and instead got it on my nails and all the surrounding skin. Three different technicians tried to fix it and then they finally told me it was because the color I got was a dark color (dark red for the holidays). I’m so disappointed. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I thought they way they handled it was so poor.

My feet have never felt so soft! I came in on a slow morning as a walk in. Susan did my classic pedicure. I added calus remover and it was fantastic. She was very detailed and thorough. Her massage was super relaxing. I guess since it was slow, the other nail tech did my gel mani at the same time and was also great. It was a little akward with my body positioning crossing my other arm over as she stayed on one side of the chair. BUT, I was happy to have 2 techs working on me simultaneously so I was able to be in and out in under an hour.

I generally like this salon but one major reason keeping me from giving a 5-star review is having to haggle. Not about the cost of the service, but what I want to have done. Even when I go with a specific nail design in mind (and have photos for reference), I always feel like they try to change my mind. Most recently, I asked for a natural nail color and they pushed so hard for an ombre. I shouldn’t have to haggle or mentally prepare to haggle over getting a manicure. Their work is good but I could really do without the back and forth.

This is a decent place! Nothing bad but not extraordinary! Be clear in what you want they are willing to do anything but be clear and don’t feel bad! Small and quaint and no offering of drinks and such but good pricing without!!!

I always come here! They are the best and always give you exactly what you’re looking for. For acrylics and designs I go to Tiffany, for pedicures I go see Susan!

I have been coming here since 2008.my grandmother loves this place. I moved to California in 2014 so this is the first time I have been back in almost 7 years. I’ve never gotten dip done from this place so from start to finish the guy just kept saying “it looks nice right?” I had a very challenging day prior so I’m just smiling like “yes, thank you” praying it would come together because my grandma was trying to do something nice to help cheer me up. After they look like a clonky hot mess, she tips him $10 on top of the $40 she just spent and I was trying to pull her aside to privately tell her I wasn’t a fan and she didn’t see me in time so we paid and left.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was by far the worst salon experience my daughter and I have had. When we arrived, there were 3 people in the salon, so not busy. My daughter (22) wanted dip powder in an ombré- pink to white style on her natural nails. The staff were befuddled. They insisted they could only do an ombré on artificial nails. My daughter did not want tips or acrylic, she has really nice, long nail beds. We showed multiple pictures of natural nails with ombré, I myself have had it done at the Nail Lounge in gilbert and several other salons around the east valley. It was a solid 20 minutes of back and forth about this topic. My daughter finally relented and just did a solid color on her natural nails. She chose a color and the process began. Her nail person got up and wondered around multiple times. By the time she got to actually got to putting color on, she pulled a pink out of her drawer and used it, instead of the color my daughter had chosen. She did not trim her cuticles, oil her nail beds or massage her hands. I have tips and did the ombré pink to white style. My nail lengths all varied and there is distinct lines across my nails in several places. We loved on to the toes. My polish is uneven with several defects in it. 1 toes is only partially painted and I had to ask for 2 coats. My daughter got her toes done and they never put a top coat. Even when we said she was waiting for a top coat, they never returned. My fill should have been $25 and my pedicure should have been $29. My bill was $75. My daughters was $70. The staff were very nice but we definitely did not get our monies worth and will never return.Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure, PedicureThis was by far the worst salon experience my daughter and I have had. Critical: Professionalism, ValueIt’s really sad to see a business review go down the drain within the last 10 mins of gettingmy nails done. When I first check the review of this salon it was somewhat decent not bad, so I decided to go and try it out. I had just finished my hike so I was in my shoes. I walked into the shop and was assisted by Tiffany and a guy name Duc. They’re customer service was great. Only thing was, my nails aren’t really that well done but they were good. Finishing up my nails I waited for my toes to dry. Please keep in mind I understand the language. Another lady comes by and ask me about Yelp and if I had an account. I told her yes and she insist and basically seems like a force for me to give her a 5 stars and told me to do it right then and there. I kept telling her no and told her I don’t have yelp on my phone but only on my laptop. After all I haven’t checked to see how my nails fully looked. She then insist me to give her a 5 star on google since I didn’t have Yelp on my phone. I basically told her the same thing. She was so Verbally forceful that the whole shop knew she was telling me to give her a 5 star for about 3-5 mins. I stuck to my answer and told her I will post a review when I get home. She then left and spoke in the language and said to my nail tech “that girl over there doesn’t want to leave, is she done? She’s taking up space” at this point they aren’t aware that I understand what they are saying. I then waited till my toes were dried and ask if I’m good to pay. The same lady grabs my shoes and took me to the register and mumbled a bunch of harassment and very disrespectful things about me in the language again, because I did not leave a review when she demanded me to. When I paid with cash she grabbed the cash out of my hand instead of waiting for my to hand it to her. She also waited for me to give her the tips so she can distribute to my nail techs but I told her I’ll do it myself. So long story short, I verbally say thank you in my language and let her know that I know what she’s saying and that that’s no way to treat a customer. I gave them a 2 instead of a 1, because my customer service was not bad nor was my technician. My nails are okay/good but my experience was horrible due to what happened at the end. This was uncalled for and no one should be force to place a 5 star review. You should be carefully who walks into your shop doors and always treat everyone with respect. Harassment or hate speech is no way to treat any customer. I will not be back to this shop.Services: Manicure, PedicureIt’s really sad to see a business review go down the drain within the last 10 mins of gettingmy nails done.
