Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe first time I came to this salon, it took quite awhile to get my nails done. However, since I did not make an appointment- I chalked it up to them working me into a schedule. My nails weren’t amazing but everyone has an ‘off day’ so I went on my way. I do not like going to a business once and leaving a negative review so I decided to give them another chance. On the second attempt-I called this nail shop and made an appointment for 2:00pm for a full set and a pedicure. Upon arriving, it was clear that they did not keep track of ‘appointments made’ and asked me to have a seat. I sat down in a pedicure chair and they started the water. I sat in this chair for half an hour before beginning the process. Once they finished with my pedicure, they took me to the nail booth and it took an additional three hours from start to finish. My nails weren’t great but my back was starting to ache and I did not want to sit any longer. I did not leave this shop until close to 5:45pm. When checking out, there is a sign that says cash tips only and an ATM inside of the nail salon with high fees. I did check out via a card but have no intentions of returning- ever. The first time I came to this salon, it took quite awhile to get my nails done. However, since I did not make an appointment- I chalked it up to them working me into a schedule. My nails weren’t amazing but everyone has an ‘off day’ so I went on my way. I do not like going to a business once and leaving a negative review so I decided to give them another chance. It took her an hour to do one hand and i asked for oval shaped nails and they looked more like candy corn nails. I got there at 3 and left at 6. No other customer but me for 3 hours. I decided to get a full set and a pedicure when i got there it was 3 p.m. i got my pedicure done in less then thirty minutes and got seated to do my nails. The lady sat in the back talking for 20 minutes then came to do my nails the whole time she was doing my nails she was on the phone. It took her an hour to do one hand and i asked for oval shaped nails and they looked more like candy corn nails. I got there at 3 and left at 6. No other customer but me for 3 hours. The experience was horrible and i was charged 100$.

He worked on me the whole time and my nails don’t even look that good. I’m usually not one to review places but I will never go back. Two hours with someone working on your nails is ridiculous. I just got a dip done nothing complicated. I get my nails done Every two weeks for years and have never experienced that. I have NEVER sat in a nail salon for 2 hours with someone working on my nails until today. I got there at 5 in the afternoon and left at 7. He worked on me the whole time and my nails don’t even look that good. I’m usually not one to review places but I will never go back. Two hours with someone working on your nails is ridiculous. I just got a dip done nothing complicated. I get my nails done Every two weeks for years and have never experienced that. Never again.
