I got a pedicure yesterday, the lady was wonderful, super sweet and did and excellent job! When finished I got dip powder on my nails, the lady that did those was rude and in a rush. She hurt me several times, left old dip powder on my nails, sloppily put on the glue and powder, so sloppily it didn’t even cover my nails and she proceeded to paint over them with nail polish after I said something. I asked her if that was normal practice at their salon and she said “no, not normal, sometimes powder doesn’t cover the nails”. The powder didn’t cover the nails because she did a p!ss poor job. She only trimmed some of my nails so now I have some short nails and some long nails, they are filed unevenly, have bumps in the dip, polish from being filed in a hurry and they are already cracking not even 24 hrs later. She charged me $50 for my nails and my 6 yr old granddaughter could have done a better job. I had to leave to go out of town for a week or I’d be waiting there first thing in the morning asking for a new set with a different tech. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will NEVER have my nails done there again. I have been getting dip powder for years and have never ever had a nail tech do any of the things she did and have never been treated so poorly at a salon. She didn’t tell me her name either so I can’t even call and file a complaint about her.

My nails were super messed up from a different salon. They were shaped weird and too thick. I went to Number 1 Nails and I was shocked that they were able to save them! They look so much better. Now I love the shape and they put a really cute little design on them! Will definitely be back.
