I wanted a tortoise shell design. They said they could do it when i walked in. Unfortunately she couldn’t make it look even close so I went with this. I didn’t hold this against her although I was a bit disappointed. What really bothered me was all of the residual nail polish all around my fingertips. It took me a half hour in the shower to scrape it all off of my skin. The shape it also very wonky, and the underside was glued to my fingers and very thick.

I have been coming to Jen for over 12 years. I’ve never had a bad experience there. If it’s something minor, I ask her to do what i like and she is more than happy to accommodate me. I’ve changed my mind about a color halfway through & she had no problem changing it. The gel lasts 3 weeks & I love that!
