Got here at 9am got out at 12:15pm. Way over priced for the quality of the nails. Made my cousin and I bleed from drilling to deep on our natural nails. Manicure

Worst service ever. Came in for a simple pedicure, and they got paint all over my toes, scrubbed way to hard, skipped toes when filing, and painted very sloppy. Not to mention they were very rude and sat there talking in another language and throwing there tools down. Who’s to say they were not talking about me. I will never be back.

Critical: ProfessionalismTook 3 little girls for a salon/spa day! They were so excited only to be greeted as soon as we walked in with rudeness. “Sit down, long wait” just as rude as you can imagine. Then after I stated one of the girls would be getting just polish done that she wasn’t doing anything other than gel polish today obviously so they can charge more. So $30 for polish on a 6 year old’s nails whenever they were capable of doing polish. That’s fine, whatever. The girl doing her nails also told her to “be still” whenever i walked away. In a rude manner. Totally uncalled for. Then the other lady doing one of the 10 year olds nails convinced her that the all white polish she wanted and asked for wouldn’t look right and that she needed rose gold on them with the white and charged $15 more for that. So it’s all a money scheme here with TERRIBLE customer service & very rude. $150 for 3 little girls nails. I would have been fine with that if they were at least nice to them. But they were extremely rude. I always tip $50-$100 but not here. Not for rude service. It wasn’t just about the money. Crazy thing is they would have made more if they weren’t so mean. Don’t waste your money here!!!! Go some where they will treat you rightService: Acrylic nailsTook 3 little girls for a salon/spa day! i got to this business at 9 AM waiting for them to open. i was the first one in the door and the ONLY one getting a pedicure, everyone else was being serviced getting their nails done. the older lady serviced me and she was the rudest person i’ve ever encountered. i sat down, picked my color, took my shoes off & waited for her to sit down and fill the bowl. before she even sat down she came over and yanked on my pant leg to tell me to pull them up. a couple mins later she sits down and starts to fill the bowl. she doesn’t even bother asking if the temperature is okay (it wasn’t it was scalding hot. my feet were red by the time she took them out). she began the usual thing putting the exfoliant on the feet and then she took some lotion and rubbed it on my legs and took a brush.. a prickly brush and started scrubbing my legs. it was SO painful!! it hurt so bad!! i could tell her tools weren’t sterile!!! she had them in a basket that was sitting in a water fountain behind the curtain. by this point 10 mins had gone by and she was DONE with the massaging and went onto painting my toes. i was shocked. this was the shortest pedicure i’ve ever received!!! i sat in that chair for no longer than 20 mins.. keeping in mind there was NOBODY waiting behind me for her to service them. i was the only one sitting in a pedicure chair!! she finishes with my gel polish and i go to pay… 60 freaking dollars?!?! for a pedicure?!?! i was shocked, but i have enough class to not cause a scene in the middle of a nail salon. i was outraged. she hovered over me as i was signing the receipt, which is very rude, basically waiting for me to sign the tip. and of course i did because she provided a service (not a very good one) and i tipped the woman. when i got home i realized that my feet weren’t soft, i still had dead skin on my big toe, and the gel polish was applied HORRIBLY!!! she covered the skin on my pinky toes with gel polish.. she went over onto the skin on the majority of my toes. i had a pedicure in a town up in north Mississippi a couple months back that was so great!! i sat in that chair for about an hour (and i had a 6 hour wait behind me) but they took their time to make sure i left happy with the service they provided me!!! and it took about 7.5 months before the gel polish started to lift from my toe nails. not to mention, i got this service from this place NOT EVEN a week ago, and the gel polish is ALREADY starting to peel and lift. she didn’t buff my toes before the polish was applied and cured. this was the worst pedicure experience i’ve ever had. i will not be going here anymore and i advise anyone else to never go here!!! if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i’m furious. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI don’t understand the 4 stars! This salon was one of the dirtiest I have seen. I had a pedicure and a manicure. They would not do a regular manicure, only one with gel which was $25. Otherwise, you left with hacked hands and clear polish. They use the plastic covering in the pedicure chair. This was one of the reasons I thought it would be safe. While soaking my feet, I looked down and behind the plastic was mossy debris floating over the light. I am praying it was covered by the plastic. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I do not ever have my nails done not tip my technician. I broke that rule today. My manicure left me with nicked and sore cuticles because the technician did not allow them to soak to soften. The technician got up multiple times during my pedicure to take care of other customers that were regular customers. I think this place needs a visit from the State Board of Health. Their big deal as you walk in the door is wash your hands and take a seat. How about washing your equipment and cleaning up this nasty place.Services: Pedicure, ManicureI don’t understand the 4 stars! This salon was one of the dirtiest I have seen. Well I originally posted with 1 star. The polish was messed up yesterday after they did them. I called and they said they would fix them. Today I came in to #Nails and they did indeed fix my nails. The young woman who helped me this time was very nice. They did mention the bad review but was only concerned that the price I listed was misleading …so yes it was a total of $70. What was included in that price was=full set acrylics with matte polish and a pedicure with matching matte polish. The matte coat was and extra $5. So now that that is straightened out, I will still say that the man was very rude yesterday, and made the experience awkward. It was not too much better today as far as socially but they did fix my nails as promised.
