This was the most relaxing foot massage I have ever received! The nail technician paid attention to detail and was thorough. I observed a mom come in with her very young daughter and they treated the child with grace and care. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and polite. The place is clean and pleasant. 07/22- Another great service from #1 Nails. Anna was fabulous taking great care of me.

I made an appointment with them for my mom and I, I needed a new set and she was getting a fill. Our appointment was at 12:30 and we weren’t seen until 1. Very busy and little to no waiting area at all, clearly overbooked. I was taken first by a young woman who pressed for me to get a pedicure. I kept telling her no, but whatever. I tipped her $10 for the service but be aware it’s only Venmo or cash… not advertised at all. An exact week after my $50 full set my nail snapped off when I opened my car door. It should not have snapped in half and off like that. Today, almost 2 weeks out, I had been playing light catch with my boyfriend and the dog, and the ball barely hit my nail and broke off. I personally would NOT spend your money here for a $50 full set of acrylic nails from here. Go somewhere else for better of treatment and experience

I went with my MIL to get pedicures. We were the first customers. I was looking forward to relaxing and preparing for my weekend. Our pedicures were completely rushed though there was no wait nor other customers to attend to. The woman didn’t use the scraper or anything!! That’s the main point of a pedicure. I was really looking forward to that and a massage. The massage was literally a minute worth of just rubbing my legs and feet, not even a massage. It was $35 each and our service lasted 25 min. The service wasn’t even friendly. Very disappointed find somewhere else to go.

My daughter and I went a few times. This place is so big! We’ve seen 3 technicians and all did exactly what we were looking for. Tom was especially patient and professional. He was happy to take his time and help my daughter get the detailed pintrest nails she wanted! He never rushed and helped to make sure he got the look she wanted. He really went above and beyond!

I had a gel manicure that was poorly done to start with. It was hurriedly done and the polish was uneven. It started lifting within a week. When I brought it to their attention, the person I was referred to said my nails had grown. It was lifting on the sides and at the front!! I will not be going back there. Gel manicures

I won’t be going back after having a gel fill. I had 2 nails lifting so the technician took off the old acrylic came off very easy .He didn’t need to put a tip on just put acrylic over my real nail like he did as if he were filling it in like the other 8 nails . Had the nerve to charge me $10 extra what a joke .I told him i thought it was pricey. Won’t go back !

I went to #1 Nails for the first time since I was already in the festival. I am VERY impressed with the final outcome. Vincent, who did my gel manicure was super polite, very meticulous and did an outstanding job on my nails. I have very sensitive cuticles, that bleed very easily, but Vincent was very thorough but gentle. He wasn’t pushy and even suggested a 3rd coat to ensure complete coverage. I will definitely be going back.
