I have been three times in a row to this place. First time was with Abby, and she was amazing. Next two times Mandy did my nails. Both times the polish peeled off my nails with in two days of leaving the shop. Mandy argued with me on the length of my nails telling me how long they should be, not me saying how long they should be. I enjoyed my experience with Abby that is why I want back. If I can get Abby again I would go back.

On Tuesday I was very happy to put my nails on and the bad mistake was that they cut a little bit of my skin from my finger, you can still see it now, it’s been 5 days and they also took an hour and a half to put my nails on, the truth was I was surprised, no I recommend this place here I leave some photos.

My 15 year old granddaughter was in town and wanted to get our nails done. Something special. This not being something I usually do, I didn’t really know where to take her. I remembered that there was a place next to Hobby Lobby and decided to take her to Number One Nails. She has her nails done on a regular basis. We got in pretty fast as there was not a wait when we arrived. I chose solar nails for $30. And she asked for dipped Nails which cost $40. She was disappointed with her nails because other places dip them several times to build up the stuff that they put on the nails but this guy only dipped her nails three times. You actually could still see her nails under this colored coating that he put on. I wasn’t exactly pleased with my nails either because the nail shape is not quite what I wanted and the the nails themselves have rough edges on the ends on the tips which I told him to remove and he did not. My nail guy was scrolling and paying a lot of attention to his cell phone. His lack of attention to his job is why my nails didn’t come out better and more in line with what I requested. Now, I’m going to have to wear these nails for a couple of weeks until they grow off. I had to file them down to stop them from snagging everything I touched. Also the little OPI light that they put your hands in to dry the solar nails was so hot or the chemical reaction that it caused was really uncomfortable. My granddaughter pulled her had out. She said it had never hurt like that at other places. They got quite busy before we left so they do have loyal customers.

Went in cause it was the only nail shop I could find that wasn’t closing at 6pm. Took my daughter and my niece with me to get their nails done along with a pedicure for myself , my nails was done by Mandy my daughter nails was done by Ben and my niece nails was done by kim. Well my nails looks like they already need a refill and it’s only been 14 hours since they were done.. my daughter gets in the car and one of her nails is already peeling and has bumps on them. But my niece nails was done great.this was my first time using them and it will definitely be my last and I paid $253 for 3 sets of nails and a pedicure

Not sure who did my nails, this was the first time I’ve gone to get my nails done here in over a year. The nails don’t look the way I’d expect them to especially for the price I paid!! Some of my nails have lumps, bubbles or are uneven. I was cut and burnt on my cuticle area, on six different fingers. When he was shaping my nails he was rubbing the nail file right on the cuts and burns. Obviously I reacted by pulling away (He) then snatched my hand back and told me to stop moving. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to walk away with sore fingers & nails that don’t look as they should.

I normally use this shop for all my nail needs. But I went last Friday for a refill and it was horrible. The guy, don’t know his name rushed through it so fast. You can see the lines from the previous set I had. He then got an attitude because I told him I wanted a design. Which I disclosed at the beginning. I ended up walking outta there. My sister used another guy and he was so rough on her that the quicks were torn and her fingers were sore. That’s the last time I use this place. They need better customer service and stay off their phones while working on someone’s hands.
