I was very happy when I left this nail salon January 2, 2023 because they were quick and my daughter’s nails and mine looked very nice. Here it is a week later and my no chip manicure is peeling, pieces are cracking off and an entire nail is missing. This is how I woke up!! Needless to say, I will just stick with Pacific nails or lee nails in Plano.

Critical: ProfessionalismSo a few weeks ago I walked in and got my nails done here. I thought they did a great job and the price range was great. So naturally I was really excited to go back. Well this week I come back and when I walk in the lady working immediately says: “Do you have an appointment?!?” I say: “No, I’m sorry. I didn’t know you had to have one, a couple of weeks ago I just walked in.” While saying this I notice there’s only one other lady getting her nails done in the entire salon. The worker then says very rudely: “No you didn’t. We are appointment only!”I just walked out.I understand if places are appointment only but I really did just walk in the last time. I would have gladly made another appointment if she was kind about it. It’s sad when people are rude for no reason. Oh well. So a few weeks ago I walked in and got my nails done here. I thought they did a great job and the price range was great. So naturally I was really excited to go back. Service – There are only two employees here, a man and his wife. I understand staffing has been an issue everywhere but I have seen them turn away a lot of business while getting my own nails done. There is a language barrier but I could communicate okay. The couple is very friendly once you are receiving service from them.

They were very nice and friendly me and my daughter went and tried them out. 3 days later dip was cracking, chipping and breaking off. I pay over 50$ and they don’t even last a week. As a single mom who works 2 full time jobs I like my stuff to last 2 weeks at least let’s see what they charge Monday after one job to fix as Monday after 4 pm is my only free time.

The lady did a very not good job on my toes I asked her about the corner of my toe and if she use a foot scrubber she said she’ll be back and her husband came put a hot towel on my feet and said $27. and told me I can go thank you, I said she never finished she said lots of customers, I will never go back.
