I went here a month ago for a pedicure and will not be returning. The lady (forgot her name)who did my feet did an ok job. However I asked her not to use the electric blade on my toe nails and she insisted that it was okay and she does it with all the clients so it ended up being ok but again it was my preferences in which she ignored. Then she asked what scent I wanted which was right next to me. Shame on me for not asking the price however I thought it was included as it did not list a price hence that’s why I did not ask and she as a employee could have said we offer this but this is extra which she failed to do as she wanted that extra 10 dollars—oh welp that was your tip lady! Bad customer service will not get you anywhere!!!! So deceitful! Will not recommend!

Highly unorganized. The worst customer service EVER. And they prioritize based on skin color. I get there at 9 (2nd person to walk in) . No one even starts to work on me for 30 mins. Then, I get done with a pedicure and the people that walked in after me (2 women, 30 mins after I got there) and get serviced while I wait another 30 min for a full set. I walked out half serviced and they’ll never get another penny from me. To think I spend $150 almost every time I go. The lady that came in before me was complaining. Now I see why. Ive been going for years. Now I wont even let them change my polish.

Horrible job, unsanitary – she used the tools and put them back on the drawer without even cleaning them- the lady did not fully paint my nails and when I told her it did not look professionally finished her response was -” it’s only your feet no one will get that close” It was a horrible experience – Manicure, Pedicure

I went here for the first time because I’m new to the area. I was so disappointed. It was for my birthday and I will not be returning. The lady rushed my manicure and pedi, she was short with me and she did a sloppy job. I work in the customer service industry so I try to be as kind as possible and always tip well because I understand the struggle with working with the public, but the lady did a terrible job. Please don’t waste your money. I should have truly listened to the reviews.

If it was possible I would leave no star at all. The owner was rude. My girlfriend was gonna get a filling. The nail lady called my girlfriend and the owner said something to the nail lady in their language and had this other lady go next that walked in 20 minutes after us and the owner said to us no not you but you will be next. Now we understand appointments are priority but he did not say that to us. And to speak in a foreign language, we don’t know what exactly was said. We felt disrespected. So we got up and walked out. No one tried stopping us from walking out. Our money is as good as hers. Our credit card is as good as hers. We will take our business elsewhere.

Only ever had one bad experience here and it was quickly corrected. They’re very friendly and offered to fix my nails one time for free since I messed them up after leaving. Cleanliness could use a little work, but nothing major. Would recommend this place!

I have been going to this nail salon for the past 15 years! Chris the owner is absolutely amazing and the entire staff as well! Nails last a long time without breaking and neatly done! Chris is very good at squeezing you in last minute!

Went to get a full set coffin shape and she made my nails thick and square shape. The paint had air bubbles and she was rude about it. I will definitely have to go back to the city to get my ordinal satisfication. It’s hard to find good salons in the suburbs.

Horrible! I am shocked how This place is extremely unsanitary and still in business. I’ve seen the employees including the owner put their tools back in their drawers after doing a manicure without sterilizing it in the autoclave and using it on their next customer. They don’t disinfect the peducure tubs between customers. They reuse the purple pumice bar and files. They don’t even use liners in the tubs so this says more than enough of how dirty and don’t care about spreading bacteria. I am more than positive I got toe nail fungus from this place. I am Never going back again.
