I’ve been coming to #1 nails for a while now for dip powder & pedicures. I love the service I receive every visit. Lisa is very helpful with making recommendations, tackling rough cuticles & being gentle. She’s an amazing nail tech i couldn’t recommend enough. Everyone is friendly here. My nails always last 3 weeks & are 10/10! Thank you #1 nails <3

Will never go back here again. Made an appointment for my daughter’s 8th grade dance. First they didn’t take her until 40 mins after her appointment time. Then, while waiting I asked if they could fit me in for a pedicure, they said absolutely no problem. Said it would be a short wait. Since it was only myself, my daughter and another mother daughter pair and 2 workers, I was okay with that. Unfortunately while waiting, I’m guessing a “regular” since she knew her by name, came in with a nail emergency so she took her instead. By the time she was almost ready for me, my daughter was already finished and we were already there for almost 2 hrs. Also their website states they accept credit cards and they do not. I had to use their machine, costing me $5 extra. That would have been too bad if I didn’t pay almost $20 more than what they advertise a set of acrylic nails with basic paint cost. I was so disappointed & felt bad for my daughter bc it put me in a bad mood & she kind of blamed herself since it was for her.

the wait is soooooo long! they are nice women but the long wait is not worth the service received especially when there are nail salons on every corner. No matter what time I come there it’s always a wait. 11am on Tuesday still a long wait just to do eyebrows. I am never coming here again.

I recommend anyone who is going here for anything other then nails to not even waste your time. I waited 30 minutes before i finally walked out. Two customers came in after me Who did not have appts and they started to do their nails. I don’t understand it takes two seconds to stop and do eyebrows. I will never come back and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone else either!!

I have gotten my eyebrows waxed here & I am thinking about getting a manicure or a pedicure done . My eyebrows looked really great when they were waxed & I had received so many compliments from my female friends & I told them about 1 Nails & they thanked me because they were looking for a salon that did nails & waxing.

I came in on a Tuesday morning the only one waiting. First I told the lady what I wanted to get done. I was unhappy with the shape and size of my nails done at another location and told her I would like a new set, she then responded you just don’t want a refill …. I’m not sure when this became a thing but if a customer tells you what they want why try and offer them something else . I repeated no just a new set. I was told to pick out color , as I was a lady who wasn’t the lady that typically does my nails asked if I was ready. When I told her I would like to wait for the lady I spoke to , the lady who I wanted to do my nails asked if the other lady could just do them because she had an appointment. I politely said no thank you that’s fine and left. Not only did I drive 30 mins to get here since it’s by the campus I go to and school isn’t in session but I also have all the free time in the world today . More then enough time to have waited , but she didn’t even offer me another time slot or to come back. A little advice for you ladies as a paying customers who tips 20% , when they ask for something specifically you should try and fulfill that, not brush them off.
