I started going to 1 Massage at a Time in July 2021 to receive lymphatic drainage massages. Mrs. Sharon was my massage therapist. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as compassionate about their job as she is. From the first day I met her, she showed me that she really cared about my well being. I received full body massage and a body wrap, I loved every moment of it. I lost 4 inches after my body wrap and my skin had a gorgeous glow to it after my session. I love going to Mrs. Sharon for my usual massages! Went in 2 weeks ago for one full of pain, feeling weak, and tired. Not to mention, I suffer with allergies and almost always congested for my appointments. She always make accomodations for me by placing essential oils under the pillow to help with decongestion! After my massage I felt brand new and ready to take on my daily tasks. I expressed that I am on a weight loss journey so she recommended I tried her wraps. A few days prior to my appointment she texted me informing me of everything I would need to bring. When I went in she was very informative & she checked in on me every 15 minutes. The music she played was extremely relaxing and took my mind off of the heat. Once I really began to sweat she wet a cold wash cloth for me to even my body temperature out. Once I completed the process I felt energized and refreshed! She is super considerate and pays attention to her clients needs! Definitely worth the visit!
