This is the place is horrible. My husband bought me a gift card for our anniversary in June of last year that I hadn’t got a chance to use it. But the gift card is valid for 1 year. So I walk in they try to tell me it is expired and I told them it was not. We got on the right page on that, then one of them going to throw the gift card on the counter and say here. I said excuse me and she said I’m sorry. So then she went in the back and argued with the other lady so she came out and told me they will give me a 30 minute massage when the gift card clearly said 1 hour. We got that cleared up . As I’m still standing there they are still arguing amongst each other in they’re language. I’m assuming the first one refused to do it. So I sat there 30 minutes while they argued back and forth. So once I finally got the massage it was ok but nothing special. Then when I was leaving she had the nerve to ask if I was going to leave a tip. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Will never ever go here again. I wish I could give them -50 stars. Very unprofessional

I have searched for a while since moving here for a good massage spa. Though there are many to chose from here, No 1 Foot Reflexology meets the kind of massage and attention that I have been looking for. I really like my massage therapist and though she is older she does a great massage. She is easy to talk to and is talkative just enough at the beginning and end of the massage.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI set an appointment and told them I would be there in 35 minutes. I was there in 30 minutes and the lady told me that I would have to wait an hour and 1/2 to get my massage. I will never go to this dump again. You wasted over an hour of my time that I will never get back.
