Even though they were very busy (which is a good sign), they were very attentive and professional. Nails looked great and the woman said she has 18 years experience in her field. Prices are also fair. The only thing I would recommend to them is to get an extra person to answer the phone and clean up while everyone else is busy. Then the owner wouldn’t have to get up so much during a manicure.

Very pleased with my experience here. I was a walk-in and decided on gel nails (painted on my natural nails), and I was able to be helped by someone right away. The young woman who did my nails was very polite and took time to make sure my nails looked nice, and I recommend her. I wish I caught her name, but she’s younger and wears glasses. The prices are very reasonable, and I’m very happy with the results.

This is my favorite nail salon. Kim knows just what i like and she can round nails. I haven’t had an issue ever but i have witnessed some rude people. All i have to say is if you are negative about everything please don’t use public services. Thank you. Kim did it again awesome job girly on Color change polish. Few different occasions.

So to start off I really love how this place made me feel during my appointment it was nice and my nails they came out really pretty! Besides that was great I loved the atmosphere and everything but there was this one customer which just came in when I was about to leave that they came in making a ruckus that apparently their nails were too short and they were yelling at the person that was doing your nails which was very rude and Making the atmosphere bad in the moment but everything else was great I would definitely recommend to go here !

Kim has been. Doing my nails and pedicures and waxing for 9 years now. She keeps a very upbeat professional and sanitized salon if you don’t think so just look at her sanitation grade from the NC Board. All of her pedicure chairs and tools, towels, sinks and bathroom are always throughly sanitized properly. The whole staff does an amazing job. She always is ordering new colors and the best on the market to keep a variety of choices for her clients. If the salon was ever dirty in any way shape or form it’s because all.those girls are busting their butts for us to get pampered. She will always stay and work late and make sure your satisfied. If not she welcomes you back with open arms to make sure she can correct any issue. Pedicures are amazing and eyebrow waxes as well. She never turns down a client. I believe people are negative bc they have nothing better to do …if you want an excellent set of nails with a fun and energetic atmosphere w sweet kind employees w a smile in this fieldof beauty work who like to laugh and make you feel at home unlike other nail salons..go see Kim and her crew. If have been here 9 years I sure won’t be ever going or changing to anywhere else. Always smells good and great local prices!!!
