Occasionally I treat my niece to a full set. We prefer to come here to get them done, however they are very busy most of the time. I actually like that they are and know that is a good sign. The staff are very friendly and professional. They make us feel comfortable and are creative in making my niece’s nail design awesome. We always go back but don’t blame them if we can’t get in that day. We always enjoy “Bradah’s” humor and quality of work, even though he’s always in high demand he always makes us laugh.

About 15 minutes in I was asked if I had anything on my nails because I wanted a new set. I was sat down to soak off my old set while the gentleman went back to work on his client. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he did an excellent job! I get many compliments on my nails. He made sure to finish my nails without rushing even after his next appointment checked in. Went as a walk in with my daughter one afternoon and was told it would be an hour wait. We sat down and waited. About 15 minutes in I was asked if I had anything on my nails because I wanted a new set. I was sat down to soak off my old set while the gentleman went back to work on his client. Worst and most painful nail service i ever had. Each time ive gone i did not like the work and my nails looked so mediocre. My pinky toe got swollen and red they cut too short and even tho i said it hurts, the language barrier is horrible! Nail art, Manicure, Pedicure

Do not go here if you care about your health. I have always liked this place but I went in this evening to get a pedicure. We are currently in the middle of a huge COVID surge and the owner was sitting doing a girls nails about 6 inches from her face without a mask. I asked if they had a rule there about wearing masks and the male employee said “you can use one or not. We don’t care”. The owner then irritated my said she would put one on but continued to sit there. She then got up from what she was doing and still didn’t put on a mask and sat back down to finish with her other client. I then left. What a huge disappointment and lack of respect for the safety of their clients.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI purchased a gift certificate for my wife for Mother’s Day and double checked she would have an appointment so she wouldn’t have to wait. I was assured she would be seen right at 12pm. This was important for me so I can ensure she would have an attentive employee to make her feel special on Mother’s Day. However, when she showed up the lady she had an appointment with was not there and was late. Then they took someone else first because they walked in first, which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Next, my wife sat in the chair with her feet in the water for 40 minutes because they were busy with everyone else. WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF AN APPOINTMENT? Then my wife just wanted clear nail polish on her nails and they forgot to even do that. My wife and I will not go to this place of business for an further services. This was the worst Mother’s Gift I ever got my wife in 8 years. I loved this place. I have went to 2 other places. One in the shopping center on 66 (HIGHLY overrated) And another by Safeway, Over priced and nails werent put on correctly, so they hurt and had to be removed. Gallup Nails has a good atmosphere, kind staff, wide open seating, clean, and I had one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long while. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you *update* Just had my nails done today…. THANK YOUUUU!!! Always clean, fun, efficient, and perfection.
