I have been a customer of Brooke’s for over 2 years and only went to her for my hair color – which she is good at but she DOES NOT REPLY TO TEXTS. I have referred SO many people to her and everyone has the same complaint. Its impossible to get an appointment with her unless you know someone going and you do it through them.
