I’ll never come here again. Laziest most overpriced pedicure ever and the polish isn’t even crisp and neat. I asked her to clean it up as there is polish all over my cuticles and skin and she said it’s because the polish is thick. Make it make sense. 20 extra minutes cleaning up polish and my toes still look like a child did them. She kept throwing in extra charges. Why am I paying $10 for a cheap pumice stone? Every little thing cost more. I had to come home file and clean them up myself. I will never patronize this business again. Princess Nails up the street is better. They’re robbing people here! I wanted to get my nails done but after $100 for pedicure and eyebrows I’m tapped out! Poor service!

I called to see if an appointment needed to be made and May answered the phone and advised yes and scheduled me within 2 hours of my call. This place is absolutely ridiculous with prices. We will never go back. My 14 year old daughter went in with tips on 3 broken ones. They soaked them off and put power dip on her regular nails. 55.00 never asked what she wanted. I guess she should have spoken up for herself as well. My daughter just said I need my nails short. I should have read the reviews first because all of my nails on one hand have broken and they look tore up from the floor up. I paid $100 for a gel mani & pedi. While my pedi is maintaining well, my mani has been dying a slow death all week. My regular nail tech at another salon was on vacation so I decided to stop in O5 Nails. There were only 2 other customers in the shop. I thought that was peculiar but since the pandemic, many places aren’t as crowded. The next day, one of my nails broke. Then over the next few days, more nails broke. I decided to look up their Google reviews and got my answer about their work and why so few customers on a weekend. There’s a No Fly Zone on this salon! Lesson learned…

NEVER GO HERE. I REPEAT NEVER GO HERE. I came on Sunday and actually thought I had a wonderful experience. I got a pedicure, fill and eyebrows. However, once I got home I realized there was still small hairs left under my eyebrows as if I didn’t get a wax. Then after 3 days my gel nail polish which was on acrylic nails began to chip. So like any busy mother I didn’t have time to make it during the week, however I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get my nails repaired. I asked that all of my nails to be repaired and the woman stated I would have to pay. I stated I would not pay again when I was charged $20 extra for gel polish which chipped in less than a few days after getting them done. So then a male gentleman comes over and continues taking the polish off of my nails. I state this is ridiculous that I have to go through this when you all should be providing a service. He states to me are you going to continue to talk, I can take a cigarette break if you continue to do so. The nerve this man had. Then he tells me he had a 3:00 appointment and would be unable to finish my nails. I stated you will finish my nails now because he had already taken polish off of 2 of my nails. I requested I get a full refund for my nails or my nails to be done immediately. He refused so I called the police. Long story short. I have never been treated so rude and have had gel polish chip on over 7-8 of my nails in less than 2 week. I will never go here ever. I should have listened to the other unsatisfied customer reviews when I read about this place. Drive a few additional miles up the road and get your nails done in Accokeek.

They need to be upfront with their prices. Their price list is misleading. I got a basic pedicure with a gel polish. There’s no reason it should have been $70. I paid without arguing, but I won’t return.

Andy and May take their time and they are respectful of your time. I appreciate their honesty. They do not have you sitting in the waiting area for a thousand years. They will tell you up front that you may need to come back or try another day. I love that they take care of the elderly and love their customers like family. They know you by name. That means a lot to me. I refuse to go anywhere else. My nails are healthy, beautiful, and strong.I have lived in Bryans Road for 4 years. I have tried other nail salons and none compare to O5 Nails.
