Love it! My 8 year old wanted to go to a grown up barber a year ago and we tried it out(and have been coming back everytime he needs a cut). They are great with kids and adults. Perfect hair cut everytime he goes and always leaves feeling better about himself. Highly recommend it, also has a pool table and a bar!

i’ve never had to leave a bad review at a business i’ve went to, but this was unacceptable. Went in for a haircut, Joanne rushed me to her chair, and either she was inexperienced or was rushing to get the haircut done, it only took her about 4-5 minutes. No blending done at all from the top to the sides, so it left it looking like a bowl cut. Uneven spots on the top of the head, used 1 guard on the sides so it further created the bowl cut look. Had to go home and shave my head, sadly ruined my hair for 2 months+

I went in on Dec 5th to get a to get a high fade like i normally get at a barber shop and the person cutting completely butchered my hair, one side was faded and the other is a flat edge with no fade. At this point i have zero interest in going back and would never recommend this place. If i did go back, that person will never touch my hair again

Critical: QualityHaircut was very rushed. Felt like the barber had an appointment after me and wanted to squeeze me in real quick. My hair on top ended up being far from even, and there was no effort put into making the hair fall evenly in the front. Even if someone styles their hair as a combover, their hair shouldn’t look choppy when it’s not styled.Service: Haircut

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityIf you are looking for companies that are being careful and clean, especially during these COVID times, I recommend you look elsewhere.I took my toddler son in for the first time and can say I will not be back.We got there promptly after 9AM on a Friday, and the wait was 15 mins—not bad. Another toddler was getting their cut, so we waited. I noticed both front and backdoors open for ventilation, that was great.None of barbers were wearing masks. Seeing as they are right in your face you’d expect they would, especially with delta on the rise…When our turn came up, the barber lady quickly swept and welcomed us to the chair. She did not wipe down the chair, she reused the previous cape, and right as we sat down, she goes to the mirror and attempts to take out (what I assume) is a hair in her eye. SHE TOUCHED HER EYEBALL AND DID NOT SANITIZE OR WASH AFTER. She then proceeded to grab a towel and blew her nose. That was not the problem, it was when she used the SAME towel to clean off my sons face after the haircut. I was DISGUSTED to say the least.The haircut itself was just ok. For the price I did expect her to style it afterward with gel or at least spray it down with water and comb it, but nope. Guess that’s not standard practice ??Also, I requested she trim down one side because it was lopsided, but even still didn’t come out even. I’ll have to trim it down myself.She was nice. But that’s the most I could say. She didn’t bother asking us questions nor small talk.From all the positive reviews I expected more. Great hair cut at a great price. I had to wait for 20mins on a Saturday, but I found it worth the wait. I prefer to wait 20mins rather than having to plan for the visit and book an appointment days in advance.

Several months ago, I went into 028 Woodinville for a neck trim. The staff was friendly and the stylist did a good job. It was $7. I left a 20%+ tip. I went into the Redmond location a couple of months ago and asked for a neck trim. The young man was very friendly. He started trimming my neck and before I knew it, he was cutting my hair so I ended up having to pay $23 + 20 % tip for a haircut. I was not happy. Since I didn’t want to take the chance again of that happening, I went back to the Woodinville location for a neck trim today. The stylist was fast and friendly. I was not in the chair more than three minutes. I was shocked when she charged me $10. I understand that everything is getting to be more expensive, but an almost 50% increase is highway robbery. In addition, they add a 3.5% surcharge if you use a credit card. I will not return to 028. I will continue going to Great Clips for friendly, quality and more reasonably priced service.

Quite disappointing, sat waiting for close to an hour on the waitlist just for them to tell me they are closed. They couldn’t bother texting me or telling me that they would be closed and had no time for me. I wouldn’t have minded if they told me that they have to time today but no, they made me wait for an hour.

Awesome place! They give you free drinks and some nice people! But make sure don’t get a haircut from Joanna! She doesn’t put in the effort and time, and literally take 5 mins to cut your hair… she messed up my hair so bad and I had to go somewhere else to fix it!
