She did a fantastic job lifting my color and toning the blonde and I was shocked at the cool tone that she was able to achieve. I know it’s because I followed her advice and gave the process the time necessary. I have never seen a blonde this cool on my head in 20 years of lightening and highlighting my hair. Went to Brianne for a significant change to my color. Called before hand to discuss going dark to light and took her advice to book two sessions. She did a fantastic job lifting my color and toning the blonde and I was shocked at the cool tone that she was able to achieve. This was my first visit to Mia Bella for a color and cut. Brianne is phenomenal at her job. She made me feel heard and understood on my likes and dislikes for my hair style. She did a perfect job on my color, cut, and style! She is easy to spend time with too and engages in great conversation. I would recommend her to anyone and I have already booked additional appointments . So happy to have found her!!

I’m a blonde – fellow blondes can appreciate the struggles we endure to remain beautiful . I had been with the same stylist for almost 10 years. I didn’t realize how unhappy I was with her until I switched to Mia Bella and met Brianne. I moved an hour from my stylist and had to try something new. A friend highly recommended Mia Bella. At my first visit, my hair was falling out, broken from extensions that were put in my hair incorrectly (I was also overcharged for this service) and so dry my hair basically stayed in a pony tail without a hair tie! I was sort of, well, hopeless. The first time Brianne colored my hair, my hair looked significantly healthier. She also educated me completely on what I should be doing to take care of my hair and nurse it back to health. After 6 weeks, my hair was soft and started growing again. She colored my hair again and somehow made it the blondest it’s ever been while keeping it healthy, soft and shiny. I just purchased tape in extensions that she applied. This was not my first rodeo with these. Although I learned my old stylist applied them incorrectly and that’s why my hair was struggling. I am absolutely IN LOVE with how my hair looks and feels. Not only is she a phenomenal stylist, but she’s a pleasure to chat with and has a really fantastic energy about her. I told her today that I’m a lifer and she’s stuck with me. I highly HIGHLY recommend!

Brianne Malloy at Mia Bella is amazing! I have followed her for years from her 2 previous salons to this one, which is farther from me, because I LOVE the way she does my hair! She is professional and knowledgeable. She recommends treatments based on the results I am looking for and always gets the cut and color just right when I vaguely describe the look that I want. My 3-year-old daughter and husband both also get their hair cut by Brianne whenever possible. I cannot say enough excellent things about Brianne, I highly recommend her!

Not sure what kind of spa this was fashioned after but I had such a bad experience with one of their stylists. The dim lighting made it hard to see that my hair was orange with white blonde stripes. I have macular degeneration on top of it so I didn’t notice it until I got home. Apparently not being happy with her idea of what my hair color should be doesn’t go over well. It just went down hill from there. The attempt to correct it turned my hair blue and I had to leave work to get it fixed. Did not go over well with my boss. I’m now unemployed and though it was not just this one event that caused it..it certainly did not help. I paid a lot of money and more to be treated like it was my fault by a rude, unapologetic and unprofessional stylist who could not deal with my discontent over not wanting orange or blue hair. That’s what I got for a whopping $225.00. Oh and they swapped out stylists on my next visit and she was a doll but I can’t support this business as they would not refund me after I disputed the $225.00 charge. Even half would have been reasonable. I found a spa with way more services and a warm, personable staff who really care about their customers. That’s what a real spa delivers. Tip of the day. It’s your job to honor your customers wishes without drama at any price tag. We pay you to deal with it.

Brianne has been my hairdresser for 5 years now, she is professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! She knows her stuff and make excellent suggestions on what she thinks would work best for my hair, cut and color. I trust her completely! I have also been bringing my 4 year old daughter there since her very first haircut. Brianne is AMAZING with kids cuts. I can’t say enough good things, I highly recommend booking with Brianne at Mia Bella!
