My sister went in and asked for a mullet. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes for a stylist.They decided go eat dinner before helping us, even though they were only open for another hour. The stylist ended up rushing to finish before they closed due to them stopping. They did not layer the haircut at all, all her hair falls flat. It ended up looking like they tried to mash two different hair styles together. Definitely do not recommend and will never go there again.

Went into get a nail polish change because I couldn’t get into the salon I normally go to. I will never go back, this place is dirty. The nail lady I had was rough on my nails and the polish I have on now is turning funny colors. Never happened to me at any other place. The only good part about this place is the front end people were nice and the price for a polish change was cheap, I now know why it was cheap and I didn’t even get to choose my own color. Stay away from this place if you can. I will stick to the person I normally go to she does a better job. I don’t really care now because I see my nail lady soon.

I have always seen this nail salon as more luxury salon because of the nail art and designs they post, and I was very happy with my white with black marble and black with white marble nails. Because of this specific design, I had to get gel nails to get the marble effect I wanted, but I usually go with regular polish. I sprung the question of the marble design right before they started painting, which was a thought that popped into my head in the moment, but they were able to quickly adjust and my artist was very sweet and able to get the job done quickly and very beautifully. They do ask you a few times if you’d like to go with gel, even after you say you’d like regular nail polish, but that’s pretty regular when getting your nails done. Overall a very nice experience and they have separators between the client and the nail artist, as well as a mask requirement, to prevent the spread of Covid-19

Unfortunately I didn’t get my nail lady’s name. This was my first time here. I usually go somewhere else for a clear gel manicure, but I was at the mall and decided to give the place a try. I got seated quickly, no wait time, and immediately my nail lady got busy on these nail beds. GIRL! she cut my cuticle so deep I started bleeding. I bled for a good 6 minutes. Chunk of cuticle missing. Blood in my clear gel. I’m over it.

After not getting my nails done for so long I thought why not today cause I can, I have the time the money and I should you know… but I give them a 3 star. I called for an appointment and upon arrival at 3:31 to b exact, so yes one min. Late he’s already getting ready to sit with someone else. The manager explains how he’s sorry and it would be an hour … as Frustrating as I was feeling I waited… 430 came along and tells me another 30 minutes. So not only did I wait more than 30 minutes already… he’s asking a wait Evan longer. It’s just poorly service for me. I love John if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t be calling back for another appointment.

Bad service. I went to get my nails done at around 5:30 and they told me to wait 5 minutes because they were finishing someone’s eyebrows. After waiting 10 minutes I went to check in and they had told me they wouldn’t be able to seat me until about 6:15 and they would call me when they were ready. I walked around the mall while waiting, anticipating a call and they never called me back. I had asked if they would put me on a waitlist and they denied me, so I’m assuming they forgot about me. I went back into the mall at 7:15 to check and they were closed. Terrible service, they could have called to inform me that they wouldn’t be able to do my manicure today. They have also overcharged me in the past and take advantage of customers.

When it comes to mall salons, I admit, my standards tend to be a little lower. This salon is one of the better mall salons I’ve been to. It’s large, welcoming, clean, and the employees are all friendly and helpful. I don’t spend much time at the mall, but whenever I do come, I’ll probably seek them out.

Terrible business, the health department should shut them done. The station was dirty af & service was terrible. I should’ve walked the minute I noticed but here I am thinking maybe the nails would be good. But unfortunately I was wrong. My nails was rushed , he literally did a full set with tips in 30 mins & cut me multiple times. I would never go back to this place EVER AGAIN . I’m upset with my SELF for even staying as long as I did.
