I can’t say enough good things about Zippy. This was my first time going to her and she took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain every step of the process. I am 6 months post big chop and had questions about products and techniques and she happily taught me so much. I’ve been getting braids since 6th grade (almost 30 now) and this was the best braiding experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

Very sweet and accommodating. Zippy took me as a same day appointment on a Friday for a wash, trim and some cornrows I needed by the next day and she did her thing! Very nice, professional, talkative, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She let me know every product she was using and why.
