I have been to get a pedicure 3 times here now. 1st time was fine. 2nd time the guy up front (who checks you in & out) was extremely rude. So I decided to give it a 3rd time in hopes it was good like the 1st. Well the 3rd time are the pics below. The lady who did my toes this time was extremely rough and gashed my big toe open. It hurts so bad. I’ve been having to clean and disinfect it in hopes I don’t get an infection. Please just do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place.

Even in a rush Lee did an amazing jobs on my nails! He didn’t hurt me at all when taking off my previous set, was super fast, and did them exactly how I like. I came in last Friday for a dip manicure and pedicure. I had a bad feeling after David was so pushy trying to get me to choose a more expensive pedicure. He asked me at least 4 times to choose one that was more expensive. I stuck with the basic pedicure. He finished my dip manicure and pedicure in 40 minutes, and rushed through everything. I am very disappointed with their pushy and rushed service. Now my nails are chipped and look terrible. I have always had dip nails that last for 3 weeks in the past.

I had Grace give me a pedicure and it was the best job ever. She did so good with the massage part and the polish was perfectly done. I will go back for sure! Nail color is called Pinky Promise.

I got a gel manicure. The place was filthy. Didn’t use any clean tools on my nails. I sat there and told the man I DID NOT want acrylics but just continued to glue them on! Would not listen to me!! Cut me several times and made me bleed. He was rude. Didn’t push my cuticles back. He got a hair on my nail when it was wet and just pulled it off and didn’t fix it! Awful experience. Then their website prices are not what they charge in store.
