Loved my first experience! I went in for a full set of acrylics and was very impressed. Not only did they do an amazing job with the style I wanted, it was very clean and had a very calming atmosphere. It seemed that they were fully booked but it didn’t feel crowded at all.

My 1st set of nails were a month old no lifting no chipping no discoloration they were still perfect but grown out. Changed it up it up to a what I like to call power ranger theme. Hannah is amazing I think after searching so long I have found my nail lady. ❤️

Was a great experience. The 2 ladies that took care of us were amazing the 2 people that went with us was not as happy. They was done 20 min before my wife and i was. And we all got the same plan. So if you go make sure you ask for juliet she took care of me. Or melanie she took care of my wife

It was not done well I was very disappointed with what was done. I had a hump on my nails and after 2 weeks it was receding for my cuticles and made the hump look more prominent! Dip powder

I love this place! Everyone is very kind and accommodating! That being said, while yes I did bump my nail (very lightly I might add) and it broke, I only just got my nails done about a week ago. I’d understand breakage 3-4 weeks, but not 1. I’m not a professional by any means but one thing I was a some what confused on is why the acrylic was layers so thin. What about the apex of the nail to add shape and strength. Like I said, this place is amazing and I would definitely come back! But my nail breaking after one week was a bit of a let down.

I’ve been going to Zen for years and had the best gel manicure and pedicure today! Jolly was absolutely amazing. Attentive to the details, great massage, didn’t talk too much (which I very much appreciate! I’m a mom and social worker, so any chance to not talk, I’ll take it), and just overall really nice. I’ve found my person I’ll be booking with from now on!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Zen Nail Lounge. It was my first time going. My nail technician was texting on her phone in between my nails curing and the nail tech my sister had took a phone call and put it on speaker the whole time she did her nails. The service felt rushed and unprofessional. I tried to ask for a refund, and they refused. Do not come here if you want good service.
