1st time I was a walk in and used a card to pay thought the card fee was a little high but since I was sore thought well 5-6% is what it is. Masseuse Lili was very polite and professional. I like light massages but she knew where to push. I did feel better. It had been some time since my last massage and I thought well I still had some bad kinks why not start my Sunday with a 90min experience…. went to pay with card again and this time the fee was 7-8%… look this is pennies to me but I felt what theft. I run multiple buisnesses and certain types of services we do charge a small fee due to very slim margins and in those cases it is just 2.5%-3% depending on total only to collect the fee our processor’s charge to us. When I question idk who she was but I got into an argument with her. Buyer beware. Use cash so you don’t have to be ripped off. (Trust me they still want a tip even after processing fees)
