Pilar was AMAZING! She’s actually the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She really made sure I felt comfortable and there wasn’t enough pressure in certain areas. She really made my self-care day very relaxing. The vibe was so nice too. Cute house and spacious rooms. Very relaxing as soon as you walk in. Front desk staff is very welcoming as well. Shelly I think she’s the front house manager was also so amazing. There were a few problems with charges on my card and Shelly made sure to go above and beyond to clear them up especially because this was my birthday vacation. She was very sympathetic and empathetic. The manager was also so amazing during this situation. I will definitely be coming back when I vacation in Portland. If you live here don’t sleep on this Gem it’s absolutely amazing

Pilar is fantastic! I got a deep tissue massage and had a wonderful experience. Pilar listened to my needs and gave me a wonderful massage. There is also a few parking spots behind the building, which makes getting there less stressful! The front desk staff is friendly as well.

My partner and I visited for a couple’s spa day for his birthday. We booked the Couple’s Himalayan Dream massage and the side by side soothing foot treatment. Lisa and Pilar delivered a fantastic couples massage experience. They were attentive to our needs and frequently checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout the massage. We loved the Himalayan Salt room – it was a very soothing environment. Merissa and Audra, who took care of our foot treatment, were very friendly and personable. We felt well cared for and extremely relaxed. We’ll definitely be visiting again

My girlfriend and I went for a couples massage, and it was PHENOMENAL. Logan and Ryan were excellent. Perfect blend of pressure and relaxation. We couldn’t stop talking about it after. The customer service was also great with scheduling and communication.

This spa is decadent and gorgeous on the inside. You would never know on the outside being that it comes across as a humble home. The services are impeccable and gracious, wonderful demeanor. Had a wonderful, romantic couples package here. Would highly recommend to anyone to recharge in this spa.

I came in this morning for an appointment and I was in a very anxious state about staying because the snow was coming down hard. Everyone was so kind and understanding and they quickly got approval to let me reschedule with no fees. I’ll definitely be coming back to reschedule and then some. So grateful.

The massage was good, but all of the political talk throughout my appointment was not, especially since a lot of it was not in my line of thinking, so I was stuck trying to navigate around the conversation trying to keep it neutral. Not the greatest thing to think about while trying to relax. Yes, I could’ve put my foot down and politely asked to not converse, but I felt a little trapped. And I just don’t think I should’ve been put in that position in the first place.

I don’t ever write reviews but I had to for Alexander. I have seen him a handful of times now and I cannot put into words how amazing he is and how much he has helped me between my cancer, knee surgery and now just keeping my body healed and moving as I need it to. Wow, I had to write a review when this showed up for suggested prenatal massages. I had the “mommy to be” package along with a facial and a few other added things. The entire experience was terrible. They had no idea I was booked for the “mommy to be package” . So I had a massage therapist who did not have experience in prenatal massage very awkward amongst other things. Truly it was a terrible way to spend my birthday and I will not be going back.
