Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am horrified at how badly Corrine did my hair. I got my hair cut yesterday and I left with soaking wet hair so I couldn’t see what it really looked like. Now that it’s dry, I truly am staggered by how horrible these “layers” look. It’s completely uneven lengths, and looks like it was done with a pair of children’s scissors. Now I’m going to have to go somewhere else and get it fixed, but my hair is going to be MUCH shorter than what I wanted. I am horrified at how badly Corrine did my hair. I got my hair cut yesterday and I left with soaking wet hair so I couldn’t see what it really looked like. Now that it’s dry, I truly am staggered by how horrible these “layers” look. It’s completely uneven lengths, and looks like it was done with a pair of children’s scissors. I went to April for a wolf cut. Not only did she give me the exact cut I was hoping for but she was nice and talkative and made sure I was happy with my hair before leaving. Thank you and I’ll be back. Haircut

I went December 30, 2021 for a cut and colour. I got chemical burns from the bleach so they couldn’t even finish the bleach more or less a colour. They used additional pots that only sat on my head for 7-10 minutes. Then they charged my card twice. I went home with yellow hair, a burnt scalp, and over double what I had expected to spend. I tried contacting them and they told me multiple times that I had to take it up with my bank. They refused to do anything on their end to assist me and gave poor customer service all around. No consultation was given, no attempt at reparation was made for the damages, and any attempt to speak with the owner about it was cut off (she hung up on me). I will not be going back.

I am very disappointed with people taking advantage of people. We have the same hair thickness and I got a cut and two color highlights for $180. He did a way better job! Rude. The moment I walked in they had attitude. Interrupted me while trying to talk. Kept showing me that my hair is even, even as I show that it is not. Just a waste of time. Glad I didn’t let them actually cut my hair. They sat there looking at each other behind me.

Alyssa styled my hair for my engagement photo shoot and when I saw the photos, I knew I needed her to style my hair for my wedding, too. She went above and beyond to be kind, thoughtful and give me the beautiful curls I wanted on my big day! She cared not only about getting the style right but also making sure that my long hair was healthy leading up to the big day so it could truly shine. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Alyssa since I’ve had such great experiences with her!
