Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWe had an appointment around 9. I called and texted her to let her know I was going to be late by 30 mins. She said she had an emergency instead and told me to come at 3. I texted okay, that’s fine. She never responded back at all. I get to the shop 5 mins before 3 and she tells me she thought I was playing games. Then she says oh I have someone else. Bad for business and very unprofessional. We had an appointment around 9. I called and texted her to let her know I was going to be late by 30 mins. She said she had an emergency instead and told me to come at 3. I texted okay, that’s fine. If I could give this lady zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional! The 1st time I went to her it was okay but the 2nd time I set up an appt for 9am and got to the shop exactly at 9am and she wasn’t there. I call her to see where she was and she said she left because I wasn’t there. Not only did I get there at exactly 9am but she didn’t call, text or email (of course she doesn’t have the email option) so I end up not being able to get my hair done until after 12 noon and I was on my way out of town. This 3rd time I set up an appt for 6pm and had plans for a late night event that I couldn’t go too because she is so unprofessional that she set up an appt for someone else at 4pm and cancelled mine on the same day without telling me. She doesn’t care about any situation that anyone has going on! She is so non chalant and I will never ever waste my time on this person again! She doesn’t deserve to be in a professional shop if she is going to be unprofessional! Edit: response to Yvette message —As you all can see she never denied the previous review I provided… what goes around comes around and her being as unprofessional as she is will eventually make her lose this business and then she will be working for her sister instead of herself
