Critical: QualityEvery time I come here I end up leaving disappointed! Wanted to give them a try so a few weeks ago I came and got my hair done, the lady that ended up doing it ruined my hair. I did get my money back and decided I wouldn’t get my hair done there again but I did however want to try their eyelash extensions. I made an appointment, showed up and ended up waiting for a little over an hour before I was even sat to do them. I left the salon with gapped eyelashes and one eye looking fuller than the other I felt like I wasted $100. Keep in mind I went n got my eyelashes done Friday, the next day I called and asked if I could make an appointment to fix them. They scheduled me on Monday at noon. I come up here and they tell me that they ran out of eyelashes and can’t do it until next week. They made me drive all the way from new caney just to say that… no call at all. They are very unorganized and seem to like to hire inexperienced people to work here. I do not recommend this place at all! Just my opinion.Every time I come here I end up leaving disappointed!
