I have never left a google review before, but my experience here prompted me to do so. The place I normally go to was booked, so I thought I’d give this place a try. After showing the woman my reference photo, she did not say a single word to me the whole time. Straight away she starts the haircut process by wetting my hair, and takes no care to avoid my eyes with her spray bottle. When she was done she did not offer to let me see the back, which should have been my next red flag. I wasn’t too bothered at this point, but at the end of the haircut I asked if she could put some product in my hair as I had more errands to run before I went home. She pointed to a bottle on the counter and told me that if I wanted product, it was on the counter and I could put it in myself. This was extremely off putting as I have never experienced this before. When I got home, I finally got to look at the back of my hair, and it is NOT tapered at all like I asked for. The top was left long, and the back was cut very short, with little blending involved. I am extremely upset with the results as it is noting like the reference photo. I got this haircut because I am starting a new job, and now this haircut is going to be their impression of me. I do not think I will be going back.

The left side of my hair is 2 inches longer than my right side. Not sure how that happened considering I went in for a dusting. I tried giving them a chance multiple times but always leave with very crooked hair and I have to go back to fix it. This last time (3rd time) I will end up going somewhere else to fix it.

Found this amazing place luckily on a facebook group add and Jessie quickly got back to me so along with great communication, comes, an awesome environment, great people and chats, affordable prices so I can come back as often as I need to keep my hair looking as great as I like. I absolutely love Jessie! I have gone from very long, VERY dark hair that had been dyed for many years is now almost platinum and shoulder length. She is professional, friendly and knows what she is doing. All of the staff is friendly and all three of the guys in my house get their hair cut here. Prices are so inexpensive. But that is not why we come here it’s just a bonus.

I love this place. No matter who cuts my hair (usually it is Ma, but i think everyone there has cut my hair at least once), it ALWAYS comes out great. And they are cheap ($) and truly express. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.
