X-nails has done a fantastic job on my nails. I am a female construction worker and this is the 1st nail business I have been able to find that has my nails lasting until the next visit more than 2 weeks later. They are very clean as well.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came in for gel polish change and my toes polished. The lady put foil/acetone wraps on my nails and started on another client. I sat inside the business for two hours and only had my toes polished. The staff starting on clients that arrived after me and finished them before me. I came in for gel polish change and my toes polished. The lady put foil/acetone wraps on my nails and started on another client. I sat inside the business for two hours and only had my toes polished. This review is based on my first visit and I’m hoping they will keep up the great service. Upon entry, it took a few seconds for me to be greeted because everyone was busy. When I was greeted, I was waved over to the side to sign in. Quite confusing because I didn’t know where exactly, lol, but when I did sign in I was almost immediately helped, and it was a busy Friday afternoon. I wish I had the lady’s name that helped me, but I don’t. She was very sweet and gentle. She often asked if I was okay and my shellac mani and pedi came out great. It did take quite some time, but it was very relaxing so I didn’t mind. My lady wasn’t rude and there wasn’t a lot of small talk WHICH I LOVED. I was able to relax and enjoy being pampered.

BY FAR the BEST kept secret of all nail shops in Memphis!!! Period. Lisa is a God sent artist creates the best designs I have ever seen. I tried a few others before I found this one but I HAVE NOT and WILL NOT go to any other shop but this one. The atmosphere and people blended with the gentle music from the speakers and the awesome customer service I think is what separates this shop from all the others. It the one in Lakeland by Kroger.

Count your days x nails! I asked for a simple flower design and they told me ghey could do it. They charged me 70 for ugly blobs. I’m just going to let the pictures speak for themselves. The first picture is what I showed them. The 2nd picture is what I got.

I’ve been here twice and the 1st visit was great, but the 2nd visit has been AWFUL! Less than 24 hours after getting a dip manicure, the top coat of my polish began peeling. It was peeling off all of my nails, so I went back the next day to have them fix it. I told them I was pretty sure it did that bc they use the gel top coat on dip polish, yet they still used the gel top coat. Needless to say, it began peeling the same day. Also, it’s so unbelievably uneven and they cut me 2 time with the drill. I will never use this nail shop again.

It was very rushed and not enjoyable. The nail tech that did my bf’s pedi didn’t seem experienced and acted like she didn’t want to be there; she was zoned out doing her own thing in her own little world. The service was by far the worst I’ve had and I will not return and do not recommend. Pedicure
