Critical: ProfessionalismI am currently sitting in the chair. The employees don’t speak English and are very rude. When I asked the woman to use a wider tooth comb because I have 4C textured hair, she rolled her eyes and dragged the hair out the comb with an attitude. I am currently sitting in the chair. The employees don’t speak English and are very rude. When I asked the woman to use a wider tooth comb because I have 4C textured hair, she rolled her eyes and dragged the hair out the comb with an attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I‘d suggest they learn to speak English to communicate properly with customers.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDon’t bother making an appointment. This place runs more like a barber shop then a salon. Waited an hour after my “appointment” to get started. And the workers took a break to do their own hair. Although previous reviews say it is well priced.There is no pricing posted and no explanation previous to service. Just an over priced final amount. The 2 ladies there would only speak in Spanish. Being mixed heritage it was a sad experience. I have been away from home so long. Was excited to be back in my old neighborhood and relax with some me time with ladies that wouldn’t call my hair too thick. Or flat out refuse service because they didn’t know how to do my kind of hair. Really wanted to love this place and be a regular.
