I was not greeted when I came in. I did not know that there was a sign in someone was blocking it. The lash extension was the most painful I have ever experienced. My eyes burnt so bad I couldn’t open them. The next morning I couldn’t see for an hour. I had to keep cleaning them up. I’m very unhappy with the price. I was getting the $145 and at the end she charged me $188. I want my money back. Know one should ever have their eyes burn like I did. Also I want to add my appointment was at 2:30 I sat for an hour it took her 3 hours to do my lashes. While I was sitting there the one girl sprayed down the side she wanted to sit and sat down not spraying the other chairs.

I normally go here to get my eyebrows done and they usually do a good job. I went in today and there was a long wait which was fine I understood that. But what i wasn’t fine with was that they skipped me 4 times. After the first two times they skipped me I went up there and told them that i’m pretty sure they skipped me and then they told me I would be next. Then they called two more people after that skipping me again. I decided at this point it wasn’t worth it and I left. As I was walking out they called another persons name that wasn’t mine. I’m glad I left. I use to go here all the time and I won’t be going back again. I never write reviews or walk out of places but I did for here.

I finally found “My” brow person. Grace does a great job with my over plucked brows. I get treading & tinting about once a month and I’m always pleased. Every now and then I get a coupon & a “we miss you” text, which is a nice touch.

I went to get my eyebrows done tonight the lady at the desk was very rude. I let it go then she does my eyebrows and you can just feel her nasty attitude the whole time, so I go to pay with my card she gets upset that I didn’t tip her and left rudely little did her rude ignorant self know I was going to tip her in cash then she stormed away so I was like you know what for a reason I seen this still was going to tip her even though she was a rude ignorant lady. Here’s a tip for her maybe if you weren’t so rude and a total b!+ch you would get a tip work on your customer service skills if you can’t then that is not the profession you want to be in all it takes is for one bad apple at a business to be that business downfall . Get your rude employees in order.

Nice Salon, however the older lady is very rude. I’ve never been here before and she was so rushing. It wasn’t a ” Hello how are you today?” It was more of a “have a seat” I couldn’t even get situated and let her know what I wanted. So while she was starting I politely let her know, what I wanted . It wasn’t and “ok” or a knowlegement. It was a “stop moving”. Then she finished and was I was like “can you do more of this part?” I was trying to explain more and she kept on saying, sit back please, sit back please like lady why is it a rush there is no one waiting after me. I was still trying to see bc she gave me the mirror and then she started talking in her native language to the lady next to her, like if she was getting tired of me. HOW RUDE . I ask for another piece to be taken off and The older then said ” you said you wanted a little” well yes I did, but of course without describing you wouldn’t know what I’m talking about, bc I was rushed ( I didn’t state any of this).The way she was rushing I had to say something or who knows she could have taken off more than I expected. This was an awful experience. I will not be back! Horrible customer service. I do not recommend. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve gone here for years for threading and have always been pleased. Once in awhile there is a wait but it has never been excessive. I had the eyebrow tinting done once before and decided to do it again today along with the lash tint, the lash tint I guess managed to still get into my eyes after a few minutes even though they were closed, they started to burn which of course made them start to water. The woman cleaned it off and applied the brow tint and then reapplied the lash, it again started to burn my eyes, maybe my eyes are just sensitive I’m not really sure but the lashes and brows both took well to the tint, we shall see how long it lasts ♀️ will try to remember to update with more pics as it fades

Eyelashes extensions the most painful and when the staff took off the tape, ripping off my skin, just noticed when I saw mirror at home. I usually come here only for eyebrows, eyelashes extensions here was not worth it.

This place is lovely and they do facials too. Eva made the atmosphere very relaxing and was gentle with the facial. I got the brow threading too and it was my first time and I didn’t know it hurts, but Eva was very good and quick, even with me wiggling all over the place. My brows look amazing!!!
