Visited this spa for the first time this week with my friend. The store front is so cute and quaint with lots of high quality gifts and products to browse while checking in at the front desk. The spa is huge once inside, winding hallways with and less doors and a 2nd floor. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful, everything is so clean and smells wonderful. Change into your given robe and sandals in the beautiful locker room, wait for your staff member in the tranquil quiet room while you enjoy spa water or hot tea. Our entire experience was top notch and relaxing. The staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this spa, my friend and I are already making plans for a return trip. Switched from the Littleton location to this one and so glad I did. Everybody was very nice, the location has great parking, and the location was much large than I realized from the outside. We had an amazing massage, will definitely be going back soon!!!

Wonderful spa! The facility is relaxing and the treatments are high quality. Even a pedicure includes time relaxing with tea/wine in the quiet room in a comfy robe. The therapists were very skilled and the rest of the staff took great care of us.

I felt relaxed from the moment I walked through the doors. Enjoyed a cup of tea and my partner had a mimosa in the quiet room before our couples massage. Felt so pampered. Cindy my massage therapist was very caring and attentive. Evan was my partner’s therapist and he found all the problem areas perfectly. We both had a romantic and wonderfully relaxing time. The expense is worth it!!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityRead some of the negative reviews and gave this spa the benefit of the doubt and decided to try it out anyway. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews. Anyways I showed up at my appointment time and they said “did you fill out the new patient paperwork online?” I said I didn’t know I had to when I called and booked the appointment I wasn’t informed to do so. So I hurried through my paperwork and my massage was suppose to be 80 min. 60 min my massage therapist said I was done. I went to check out and checked the time and said do you have it on my appointment for a 60 or an 80 min and they said 80 and I said I was only given one for 60 min. Then the girl walked away and was so snarky saying “let me get my manager” hence she had no eye contact, during the whole conversation comes back still has no eye contact and is just staring at her screen and says bluntly we will do 10% off today’s servic, what tip amount are you adding? I felt unwelcome and it wasn’t my fault they didn’t do what they said they would. I am able to pay full price for an 80 min massage and wanted and 80 min massage. Plain and simple.
