The location is close to my apartment, so I was able to walk! When arriving, I was greeted by lovely staff who showed me around since this was my first time in their facility. After getting robed and relaxed, I was then greeted by Richard. This was my first time getting a Sport Therapy massage with cupping, and it felt absolutely amazing! I felt super comfortable and enjoyed my experience. Great place with even greater staff and services. Can’t wait to come back here again soon 🙂

This location is amazing! I come for facials with Rachel and an eye lash lift:tint with Courtlin. Each takes their time explaining what they are doing and making sure I am comfortable with each step. The whole staff operates with such a high level of detail, right down to the personalized name plates in the quite room.

I do like this location. LET ME TELL YOU though its VERY important who answers the phone who greets and who thanks because they are the first and last impression of the company. I use to work for a surgeon and the practice was built on patient care and going EXTRA. I wish I remembered his name but I called today and meant to call the Carmel location and he assisted me anyway. LOVE IT> he was so kind and soft spoken I felt AT EASE scheduling with him. He not only made it comfortable and easy but THANKED ME for calling and wished me a happy evening. THATS small but wonderful. KEEP him. 🙂 anywho- Sam at the NORTH location does AMAZING lashes! JUST AMAZING!!!!!

This is random, but does anyone know the brand of sweet and salty trail mix in the waiting lounge? This was my first time going to a spa and receiving a massage. I went with my mom who has been to a few spa places, I liked my time here but my mom did say the facility lacked jacuzzis/steam rooms and expected more.

The facility gets a 1 because it lacks everything and a 4.5 because I enjoyed my facial, ie an average of 3. They have no extra’s – steam room, sauna, mist, pool, jacuzzi etc. They do have a salt therapy room that costs $65. The average price on the west coast starts at $15-$25 in salt houses. The cost to the Spa to build the salt room is less than the other facility options they lack and are typically provided for free at luxury spas. The locker rooms are extremely small, 1 shower, 2 toilets and very little room to move around. I had a facial and they had nothing to brush your hair afterward. Apparently they ran out. I went into the waiting room which is also extremely small. There were 2 nice adjustable lounger chairs with headsets. Loungers didn’t work but I was lucky enough to grab a worker who turned them on. Then the headsets didn’t work, no worker available this time. It was impossible to relax as people were talking and in a small area it becomes disturbing. Beverages are limited to water or cinnamon tea. I’m used to 2-3 water options and multiple hot water/tea options. I had a facial as they had no availability for any other service,. My provider was wonderful as was the facial. The prices here are too high for the lack of facility. And the excuse they have limited space is just that, an excuse! I reviewed 10-12 Woodhouse spas online and all lacked any facility option but all charged west coast Burke Williams fees.
