Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy husband went to wonder cuts to get his hair cut yesterday. The girl who cut it was very obviously loaded as she could barely stand and was using his head to hold herself up and she completely messed up his hair. DO NOT GO TO WONDER CUTS!!

Anna was having a heated text war with someone on her phone and couldn’t put it down long enough to listen to my direction for the cut. She chopped my hair to the bottom of my neck, put 3 very blunt and uneven ledges in the back. The left side was longer than my right. I was embarrassed to go anywhere! Anna was having a heated text war with someone on her phone and couldn’t put it down long enough to listen to my direction for the cut. I’ve been bringing my boys here for over 5 years. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. You are in and out in 20 minutes or less most days. Anna is an amazing stylist and great with my boys. She does a great job on my hair as well. I highly recommend her!

My husband and I went,to get our hair cut today. Have been here many times. Erin the hairdresser went off on my husband spoke to him very rude, he got up and left I was already being taken care of by I gathered to be the manager. I was so humiliated and embarrassed for him and myself. Both of us have worked many years in the customer service industry and he is a very polite gentlemen. They have lost my business for good. Will never go there again and will warn others to stay clear, manager sent Erin home. Makes me believe this was not the first incident with her. Definately not the place to go.

My son and I have been going here for a couple of years. We’ve never had a bad experience. All of the stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. Even when they’re busy they do their best to keep it moving without making you feel rushed.
