Wink lashes & brows specializes soley in Eyelash Extensions and Microblading/ Ombre Brows. In 2008 we began our in home business and continued to grow, opening our 1st facility in 2014 which is our Auburn Hills location and our 2nd facility in 2017, which is our Waterford facility. We have 10 stylists to service our guests. We also offer training as well. Creating beautiful lashes and brows is our passion.

I went to this location while I was on this side of town for a couple of months. When I returned home to the salon I usually go to my artist told me that my lashes were extremely damaged due to overuse of glue and poor lash application. She spent an hour removing most of the lashes as they were clumped. My remaining natural lashes were broken and twisted. She recommended me to let my lashes rest and get a new full set. Wink was not any less expensive than my normal salon. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable, and the lash tech at wink would brush them so hard that my eye lids would be left red and raw. These lash techs need to be trained much better. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS!!!

Deb was my eyelash tech and she messed up my lashes. She would constantly be late doing my lashes. She would never do the style I asked her to do. My lashes were clumped together and some were on my eyelids because she tried to hurry up. She told me she didn’t have time and that she will do them on my next fill in( she said that twice) She still ended up doing the same thing. They ended up giving me a free fill in, so she can fix it but she still didn’t do my entire lashes, it was uneven, she would brush my lashes so hard it would hurt my eyelids, and it STILL wasn’t what I wanted. Even when I first paid the full set, she still did half and I paid for a full. I always told her my concerns and she would sit there and tell me that’s all she can do…”I dont have the time, I’m behind”….of course you don’t have the time you were doing your homegirls lashes on my time!(TWICE!) Also, I won’t forget when she gave me a bruise on my eyeball because the tape was so close to my eyelid/eyeball. She did it again the second time but this time I had torepeat myself so she can fix it and instead of fixing it right away, she decided to give me an attitude like I was the problem. I was always very respectful towards Deborah. Yet she wasn’t respectful towards me. I should of fought harder than what I did because looking back…the way she treated me wasn’t cool at all.

I don’t want to go to anyone else. I love the way they look each and every time. I get so many compliments on my eyelashes because people are so used to seeing me without lashes and these really bring out my eyes. I also get my eyebrows waxed. The lady at the front desk suggested a tinting for my eyebrows, and I am so in love with the way it looks. My face looks like I have on make up, but I don’t wear any. When I first started going here, I didn’t know what to expect because I’m not used to doing anything with myself. I’ve always been sort of “plain Jane” but I stepped out of my comfort zone and I am pleased with the results. I recommend this place to anyone. I went to Wink for about 2 years for their eyelash service. The owner is sweet, but her staff is very unprofessional with the exception of the receptionist and Ashley. While I understand that gossip is typically a norm for salons and barbershops I find the gossip and remarks about clients in front of clients to be extremely rude and off-putting. A few conversations that I overheard while getting serviced made me very uncomfortable especially when the owner is not in. The owner seems to have developed more of a friendship with her staff rather than a business relationship, so it seems even she can’t get the ladies in line.
