Wilson’s Nu Look Barbershop

Critical: ProfessionalismWhoever was in the shop cutting hair was completely rude. Firstly, I called to see if they were open because it looked dark, but someone answered. I explained I was in the parking lot and he told me I could get cut after his current appointment in 20 minutes, no problem. I sat in my car occupied by my cellphone while i was waiting. Basically after 10-15 minutes i look up and it appeared someone just walked out, and I assumed it was the guy that was in the chair. So I grabbed my mask, as soon as I opened the door the guy that initially picked up the phone yelled to me “you can’t come in sir!” No problem I go back to my car to wait a little longer. Than I see two other guys walk in separately shortly after another. So again I grabbed my mask and make my way to the door. I simply ask “am I still next?” He responds with “I’m listening” to me which sounded like an attitude. So I repeat myself. Again his response is “I’m listening”I honestly did not deserve to be spoken to like i did something wrong. He had 2 other guys in the shop, but originally told me I couldn’t come in. I understand shops want to keep traffic down with appointments, but I was under the impression that no one was aloud in the shop unless you are in the chair getting your haircut. I have a job interview tomorrow, and I wanted to look fresh. I usually get fresh cuts from this place, but the way i was spoken to took me out the mood to get a cut.Whoever was in the shop cutting hair was completely rude. Whoever was in the shop cutting hair was completely rude. Firstly, I called to see if they were open because it looked dark, but someone answered.
