I’ve been to a few different places before for laser hair removal. and White Orchid Medi Spa is by far the most professional place I’ve been to. The treatment is for the most part, painless! The others I’ve gone to have been very painful. I highly recommend giving them a try! You won’t be disappointed. They have the most horrific costumer service! They don’t even deserve 1 star! Stay far away from this place, they just mess you up. Ur told you are having an appointment with a preferred technician and when you show to the appointment they just give you a random technician and tell you that you never requested someone specific. The front desk doesn’t communicate between each other and then you are accused of lying when you tell them you spoke to somebody on the phone. It’s outrageous and disgusting! Stay away!!

I had a bad experience. They have 2 types of machines. One machine is more painful than the other. At my Appointment they used the machine that is more painful. When I asked to switch because I’m too sensitive and I can’t tolerate the pain they said that it’s not up to the client to decide which machine they should use and I have no choice or I will lose the money. I left without doing the laser. I can’t continue my treatment if it’s so painful and it was paid up already. Their trick is that when you come to test an area they use the less painful machine.
