Visited the shop for the first time today, and I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Micki. The shop was organized and clean, the chairs were comfy, and the there were plenty of nail colors to choose from. Sula was my tech, and after showing her what I wanted, she suggested I try dip powder. I was a little apprehensive during the service, but trusted the process. I’m glad I did because the end result turned out to be amazing. Micki was also kind enough to drop by my station throughout to check in and offer me water, and you don’t often find that level of service in nail shops. I will definitely be back.

The worst place I have gone to! The person that did my nails was horrible. I specifically asked her to take off my acrylic and put an over-lay acrylic on top of my natural nails. She cut my nails to the point where it needed a whole new full set. She was on her phone with headsets on the whole time. Not to mention she did not listen to her client’s request. As she cut me nails and takes off left over acrylic. Her machine was on a very high speed. She did not make the natural nail smooth before putting on the tips for full set. I could’ve easily left at that point. My new full set is too short. I asked for short but not too short. She put the new acrylic on my nails very thick and now hurting my natural nails. I’m NOT coming back here

The people are nice for sure but the nail tech did not know how to do my nails. The lines are not straight, the nail itself is lopsided, and lastly the nail tech did not add all the colors you were needed. Will not be returning here at all, really disappointed because these were supposed to be my bday nails.

We went here for the first time together with my mom-in-law. Paid for $140 for a gel manicure and pedicure. They didn’t do a good job to tell you the truth. I would have been a new customer. Me and my four-year-old daughter came in to get no chip pedicures and manicures, first of all when we walked in nobody even greeted us at the door. Super rude. When we were brought back to the pedicure station to sit down, I cannot believe how rude they were treating my daughter. We waited for 15 minutes with our feet soaking in water, waiting for a technician who never came. I sat and watched customers who had just walked in get taken care of before us. My daughter was excited about her pink nail polish and wanted to hold on to it until it needed to be used. The manly woman snatched the nail polish right from my daughter’s hands and refused to help her adjust the seat so that she was comfortable during the service. It got to the point where the disrespect was unbearable and we never even got a chance to get our nails done. I will never step foot in the salon again nor will I ever recommend this to anybody. I was excited to be a new customer And was extremely disappointed. There are many other great nail salons around the area, don’t waste your time with this one. I’m sure they will lose a little bit of business today as there were other customers around who witnessed how my daughter was being treated.

My mom came in and wanted a fill in for acrylics with 2 week coat. She stated that she wanted them short and let the lady know what color. When it came to cutting the nail down, my mom asked her to cut down a lil bit more. She told her “no then it will be too short.” She didn’t listen to her after my mother stated them that she needed them shorter for work! It’s a nice place and environment but the nail tech didn’t listen. Which makes it hard for a customer to feel comfortable coming back. If someone is coming to pay their money, you give them what they are paying for !!! Not what you think is good for them. The customer is always right ! Plus, we were told $35 for the fill in but then she charged my mom $50, instead just letting her know an approximate amount when we walked in. This was our first and last time coming.
