I have been a loyal client since they opened. While I can say the waxes I have received were great, the customer service from the owner is another story. I always maintained my appointments and was sure to tip. However, I had an incident were my mother was hospitalized out of town. I jumped on a plane and a wax appointment was not my concern. When I returned home 2 months later, I scheduled a wax only to find I was charged a 32.50 no call fee. I wasn’t aware of the policy but thought surely they would understand my circumstances. Nope not the case the owner dogged my calls for a month and refused to credit the no call fee.As a result, you lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service!

As a first time client, I was very nervous for my visit. As soon as I walked in the door I began to feel comfortable. The front desk associate was very friendly and welcoming. My cerologist Jillian was professional and talked me through the entire process. She also provided very helpful tips for care in between appointments and recommended a good product without being pushy at all. We laughed and chatted through my nerves and the visit was over much quicker than I expected. I had very little discomfort and I was actually excited to book my second appointment! I highly recommend this studio for all hair removal needs. As a first timer, the experience far exceeded my expectations and I think I’m well on my way to becoming a regular client here.

I’ve been going to Jillian for Brazilian waxes for about 6 months now. I went to a previous girl whose wax was super runny and hot and the waxes HURT! I also have tried a different girl too before Jillian and I’m telling you Jillian is the best there is. Her waxes cause very little pain and it’s the most comfortable, quick and thorough experience ever! I will never go to anyone else ever again! She is also super nice and professional!
