I used to love getting my nails done here until they talked me into getting SNS instead of doing just a manicure to help my natural nails become stronger. She cut down my nails super short, did SNS and gel and a manicure so it was more expensive vs when I just get my acrylic. She cut into my skin multiple times and told me to “relax” like she wasn’t cutting holes in my fingers. My thumb nail fell off within the first 3 days, then the gel started to chip on the fourth day. She said my set before was bad but she did a worse job. I really just wanted my nails to grow out stronger and now I have to start all over just because I was talked into getting SNS and tips when I originally came in for a manicure.

Won’t be back here for a pedicure. When asked which pedicure I wanted and I stated, the basic pedicure (I had limited time)….I was told “No”. And informed I needed a more expensive pedicure. I said no thank you, I will just do the basic pedicure. I could tell she was not pleased with this. Needless to say, she rushed through my pedicure and it looks awful. Truly the worst pedicure I have ever received. Don’t pressure me to buy more or get something I don’t need and don’t have time for. They weren’t thankful for my money this time so they won’t get it next time!!

My daughter and I went this evening for full SNs sets and pedicures. When we received the bill they charged us an extra $5 for “medium length” nails and $60 for a full SNS set. The lady said it was $5 more for medium length and $10 for long. So I asked well what length is included in the $60 and I guess it was the owner lady that screamed we went up and changed our prices a few weeks ago. I said no you changed them just now. She screamed it because she knew I caught the tech in a LIE.

Asked for a manicure, got push back about it, & she tried to upsell gel polish. I confirmed I wanted a regular manicure. The tech I got put in zero effort. They made me get my mani at a pedicure chair, & right before she went to polish I had to remind her to push my cuticles back. and the “hand massage” was a total joke.

My experience was nothing but a disappointments, shortly after I sat down, I watched them rinse out the pedicure bowl after each client without using anything cleaning products, they literally just hosed it down.

The nail salon is clean and well kept. The salon is very busy (which speaks alot to how good they are). If you wish to have a specific nail tech, then you must call ahead and make an appt. They do fit in walkins however, you will have to wait. They sterilize their tools in an autoclave. The pedicure bowl is always lined so that no water from clients touches the bowl and it remains sterile. They take their time and management always addresses concerns. I have been using them for years.

I went in on Sat. to get SNS and a polish change on my toes. I was told to go sit down to get SNS soaked off. I was seated by Trang. She acted as though she didn’t know who I was. I’ve been in this nail salon many times and Trang used to do my nails. After I sat down she told me to hurry up and pick a color. The guy that was doing my nails acted as though he just started doing nails. He was sloooooow. At one point while applying the SNS he stopped to check his phone!! Rude!! Then he was coughing everywhere!! Then when I went to the pedicure chair for polish change I accidentally forgot to get the polish for my toes off the table. Trang asked me where the polish was at. I said over there on the table. Keep in mind that at this point she wasn’t doing any ones nails. She was just standing around. I though she would have been nice enough to bring the polish to me but no. I will never ever be back. They are very rude and all they care about is getting your money. Very poor customer service, over priced and rude!!!! I have given this place many chances but never again!
