She has given me hour long full body massages and also I have done the 30 min massages that focused on my problem areas. Each time I have left feeling very relaxed.

I booked a 60 minute massage with Nicole and let me tell you it was just what the doctor ordered! First thing I noticed upon arriving is how clean the space was and Nicole was there to greet me wearing all the necessary protective gear for my safety as well as hers.Besides being super clean her space was ultra relaxing. It was the perfect temperature, smelled amazing and Nicole had relaxing music playing in the background. Before starting the massage Nicole talked with me for a few minutes about what I was looking for and what if any problem areas I may want to work on. She took the time to listen and was very professional yet extremely personable at the same time. I left Nicole’s office feeling amazing and so relaxed! I’ve been feeling the stress lately and really needed some ME time. I booked a 60 minute massage with Nicole and let me tell you it was just what the doctor ordered! First thing I noticed upon arriving is how clean the space was and Nicole was there to greet me wearing all the necessary protective gear for my safety as well as hers.Besides being super clean her space was ultra relaxing. At my last massage I decided to try something new and asked for the tucking treatment after my massage. This is basically where you get swaddled in blankets, your eyes are covered, there is no talking, and you are in a peaceful state of reverie for the duration of the treatment, if you stay awake. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it felt like part relaxation technique, part meditation. If you are claustrophobic maybe skip this one but for anyone who wants that, return to the womb feeling, give it a try.
