Worst medical office and Dermatologist Ever ! They rushed my first appointment like no even Explained to me my skin condition, or gave me time to ask questions. Then my Pharmacy notified about the medication being Back ordered or Unavailable , so that he could switch from Lotion to ointment or cream, or to a different medication. Dr Neal just never cared. I called about it, Left 2 messages with the receptionist, and 1 month later Dr decided to contact the pharmacy. Then in my second appointment He was capable to argue with me about that matter, Claiming the Pharmacy just didn’t want to give me my prescription. (When I am the person who works in the pharmacy)

Dr. Neal and his team have been great providers. If you are looking for extensive hand-holding, this may not be the office for you. If you want informed, communicative, top-notch medical care, this is definitely the place. Dr. Neal removed a basal cell carcinoma that another provider missed (which healed beautifully) and is continuing to provide care for several additional issues. I appreciate that he is willing to listen to my concerns about my health and my desire to pursue the simplest treatment first. His office staff are terrific, and it is easy to get a timely appointment.

I love Dr. Neil and his staff. They are all so nice and caring and very knowledgable about my skin condition. He definitely knew exactly what I had and the perfect prescription to clear it up! I am very grateful for the care you gave to me. Also getting an appointment was super fast too. I will recommend Dr.Neil’s office to everyone who needs dermatology care!!!. Thanks for all your help when I had my skin rash… Your the BEST!!

It took me longer to fill out the paperwork than the actual visit. My appointment was so rushed it made my head swim. I was also told that I was there for one reason and any other questions would have to be on another appointment. Yeah, don’t think I will be returning.

I had very good service from Dr Neal and his staff. Dr. Neal resolved my issue with only two visits. He is knowledgeable and acts quickly to treat your condition. Wait time is less than ten minutes. I highly recommend this doctor.

I went to Dr. Neil for Laser Hair Removal treatments in which turned out to be a pretty easy and simple experience. I am very pleased with the outcome of the treatments and got the exact expected results from what Dr. Neil described to me during my first consultation with him. He and his staff are both knowledgeable and courteous and make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk into the office. I will definitely be returning for any dermatology needs that may potentially arise in the future.

I visited Dr. Neals Stafford location for the 2nd time and was very satisfied. Staff is efficient and professional. Front desk and assistant’s in back are polite and courteous. Dr Neal is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. He readily answers any questions you have and explains your condition and treatment.

My daughter and me both are patients of Dr. Neal and we really like him. He took his time to answer all my questions before my daughter had a bigger procedure and he was always very patient and gentle with my preteen daughter. Dr. Neal’s staff is wonderful as well. I have rarely come across doctor offices where everything is just right. We will continue to see him for our skincare needs and would recommend him.

Last year went for in for my first cancer screening for my skin. Dr Neal did an extremely fast scan in less than 5 minutes. Guess what? I went to another dermatologist last week and I have skin cancer. Not a good experience with the office staff either. I will tell my primary doctor not to refer anyone else to this practice as this was the only reason I went to this office.

pretty poor service, long wait times, very brief consultation, was given conflicting information, went back twice and told the doctor I couldn’t afford $400 bottle of shampoo and lotion every month( cost after insurance). Clearly their main business is purely cosmetics, if you have an actual skin disorder (like Psoriasis or Eczema), they can’t tell you much you didn’t already know.
