Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So my friend and I came in the other day wanting 2 pedicures, 1 fill in, and 1 new set… not only did they not give us what we wanted to get done (“there wasn’t enough time”), they made us stay 2 hours, just to tell us they can’t do a new set (when I made an appointment specifically for that)… when really it was because the women couldn’t take off my other extensions. As for my friend, her nail tech made her tips crooked and wouldn’t fix them (once again because they said there wasn’t enough time), she got her eyebrows waxed- they botched that too… but why have us book an appointment then? Just to give us something we really didn’t want or like. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So my friend and I came in the other day wanting 2 pedicures, 1 fill in, and 1 new set… not only did they not give us what we wanted to get done (“there wasn’t enough time”), they made us stay 2 hours, just to tell us they can’t do a new set (when I made an appointment specifically for that)… when really it was because the women couldn’t take off my other extensions. You may have to wait a bit when they’re busy, but it’s worth it. My pedicures have lasted 3 weeks. I started going here a few months ago at a friend’s recommendation. They’re very nice, clean and do a fabulous job on both mani and pedis. You may have to wait a bit when they’re busy, but it’s worth it. My pedicures have lasted 3 weeks. Critical: QualityI came for a pedicure and powder gel manicure because everywhere else was booked. Now I know why this place was empty! The nail tech cut my feet in two places. I actually was in pain and flinching when she did my pedicure. She also cut my cuticle on my nail. The place was clean and empty but yet they sat someone directly next to me when other chairs were available! I had to ask for them to not work on someone Right next to me. I came for a pedicure and powder gel manicure because everywhere else was booked. Now I know why this place was empty! The nail tech cut my feet in two places. I actually was in pain and flinching when she did my pedicure. She also cut my cuticle on my nail. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismStarted coming here recently and loving it. Salon is very clean (they do not re-use their disposable gloves like MANY other salons) In fact they do not wear gloves, but that is so much better than re-using disposable gloves.
